Excellent ads and shipping was fast!! Five Stars!!!!!

Nothing but a marketing gimmick. I bought two units hoping they would work but unfortunately they do absolutely nothing to kill bedbugs. I should of followed common sense when the manufacturers claimed that sound waves can go through walls... They don't.

It's only been a week but so far so good. I've found a few cockroaches but they were moving slower than usual.

HAVN'T SEEN A BUG SINCE, WOW.

I have the unit right beside my bed and it’s not affecting the bedbugs at all. I still have them.

Order arrived quickly and customer service has been great! So far they seem to be working to keep critters at bay.

I received the Pestlab devices in a timely manner. I immediately installed them and noticed no noise or smell. After a couple of days I found a couple of dead roaches, and a dead spider. They are working!
Thank you so much for these wonderful devices. They are so much better than chemical sprays!

We just received the set of six and they arrived on time and are exactly as described. Hopefully no holes this summer.

The first day I noticed a bunch of dead bugs on my floor after having your devices plugged in for only a day.

The shipping has been incredibly slow and there hasn't been any communication with the shipping company as to why it's taking so long for such a short distance.

I ordered my pest lab over a month ago. Was guaranteed 5 days delivery. Then I start getting contact from DLC courier saying that I owe shipping charges when I was supposed to have shipping free. I was not advised of this. Pest lab told me they were going to refund me the money that I had to pay the courier and I waited and waited and waited and they kept saying we don't have a record of your account. I sent them numerous screenshots to prove that I did order this. Now the items have been returned. I have requested a full refund and now I get no response. Totally not impressed

Delivered when they said it would be. And the product works great. Very happy!

I’ve had the product for about five days now, and I have seen a significant decrease in the cockroaches in my kitchen also the easy set up. You just plug them in and they’re ready.

This is the second review I've written, but have yet to receive my free products. I just received my outdoor solar unit which I am waiting for some sunshine here in our currently rainy state of Texas before I plug into the ground to get the best results. I definitely have not seen any signs of the mice (meece) on the back patio since plugging in a unit on my covered patio several weeks ago.

I ordered these because the reviews were good. I don’t like ordering things through Facebook so I went into the website. I ordered two just to see how they worked for me as a trial. I was kept informed of when my order was shipped and if I had questions about the delivery I was emailed back. Once I get my order I placed them in two areas of my home that needed them because I was getting bugs flying in my glasses lenses. Once plugged in I saw different lights so we’ll see how it goes.

It is a good product and it really work once I plug it in

Easy to use. Clean. No odor. Not noticeable. No bugs.

It worked to eliminate more than just bed bugs, it keeps many bothersome pests away.

They did everything right, once they took my order they kept me posted every step of the way! Have had them placed in the yard for about a month have not seen a rabbit, mouse, vole, ground squirrel or other critters since. I hope they aren’t attacking the neighbors but I am happy

I wasn't sure about ordering but wanted to make sure we didn't get bedbugs after living with them for 3 years in Northern California. We have only had the devices plugged in for a few days and found hiding bugs trying to exit the house. Great job so far. So glad I spent the money to make sure no more bugs made a meal of me. To order was easy and delivery was quick. It only took a few days to receive the product and now my home is safe. Thanks.
