Using Pestie has been quite good thus far in preventing bugs from getting into the home in the first place - and it's easy to use. However, I will say that Baylee in customer support is what drove me to even write this review at all.

We have been seeing house centipedes around that weren't responding to the treatment we had been doing and Baylee was very kind, got the relevant information, and made the decision to quickly send us another treatment that would be more targeted towards these pests for free! They even sent an email with the specific tips on application for the new treatment to make sure we got it right this time! That type of customer support is honestly something that I find to be quite rare - especially these days when it seems every company is going towards fully AI generated support chats. My interaction with Baylee is specifically what made me decide to continue with another annual subscription. Great service, great product, would recommend.

Product and customer service are awesome. I don't see any bugs and I love that it just gets shipped to me and I don't have to deal with contracts and sales people. Any issue I have the pestie team resolves quickly and effectively. Love, love this company! ❤️💉🪲

I was charged multiple times even though I cancelled my subscription.
I cancelled on March of 2025, and Still got charged in March of 2026, even though I was told on the email that I would not be. You cannot trust them

After seeing this company on Facebook and a few other places on the Internet I decided to give it a try. Normally I call a friend of mine that has an exterminating agency and I have him come and give spray around my home and I don’t generally have problems with bug bugs.

I didn’t see any difference in the situation every once in a while see about similar with centipede but we don’t have a big outbreak insect. I haven’t checked to see if they have anything that you can use on paved surfaces for mosquito yet. Last year in September I canceled my subscription after them sending me numerous deliveries they refused to stop sending the profit then I emailed them and demanded that they cease all future orders.

Yesterday I came home and all my doorstep was a new delivery so I guess they are trying to force their way and debit credit cards which I will contact a bank and have a charge.

It was advertised as essentially "we ship when it's time for you to spray". And this was my initial experience. I'd receive a package, and treat my property. Now, they send a big box with several treatments, so I need to store poison at my house, and set reminders of when to spray it. This is not what I signed up for. Just a way for the company to increase profits while decreasing service.

I’m not overly impressed. We live in the Pacific NW and sugar ants are a problem here in spring. This year is the worst I’ve ever had. Turns out spring is also incredibly rainy. Zero info when they took information about our issues/home did they talk about how dry it needs to be. So we wait for a dry day. We work Monday-Friday so luckily the first dry day is a Saturday. Only the nozzle isn’t working correctly. Won’t spray or mist. It only puts out big fat drops. Thinking we had a defective nozzle we go to get help - they, too, only work Monday - Friday. Most home owners I know are weekend warriors so it seems to me they should have the chat up and running on the weekend.

We’ll see how effective the fat drops are and how it goes whenever they are staffed again. We were sold on the reviews and ease but, overall this has been a frustrating process.

Hands down Pestie has not only the BEST pest control I’ve had since buying my home…… the have the BEST customer service I have ever experienced dealing with a company! I’ve been with Pestie for almost 3 years and I’ve encountered two issues, one was my bag had a hole in it and the second was my application wand did not fit the bag, both issues were resolved immediately through customer service! Thank you Pestie for not only caring about my animals by developing safer pest control and products, making a product that is cost effective and works, and having a customer service team that actually cares! I appreciate this company!

I enrolled in a service offered by Pestie on June 9, 2025, after reviewing their advertising which promotes the company as a DIY pest prevention solution that allows consumers to save money by applying professional-grade pest treatments themselves. The service offers /requires customers to pay in advance for a full year of products ( so they can get a reasonable savings) , with the representation that the service can be canceled at any time.

My experience has been significantly different from what was advertised. Product deliveries were delayed, the treatments were not effective at controlling pests, and the DIY application process proved to be extremely messy and difficult to use as instructed. Based on these issues, I decided to cancel the service.

However, attempting to cancel has been extremely difficult. Pestie does not provide a clear or accessible cancellation option through its website or customer account portal. I have attempted to cancel multiple times through their chat system, phone calls, and email communications. Despite these repeated attempts, Pestie has not processed the cancellation or provided confirmation that my account has been canceled. Because of this lack of response, I have had to notify my financial institution to block any future charges and have begun documenting all communications through email.

The overall experience suggests that Pestie’s marketing representations may be misleading to consumers. While the company advertises that customers can cancel at any time, the actual process appears designed to make cancellation extremely difficult, frustrating, or ineffective. The absence of a clear cancellation mechanism and the company’s failure to respond to repeated cancellation requests raise concerns that consumers may be intentionally prevented from terminating their service despite the company’s stated policies. I submitted this complaint so the Federal Trade Commission can review whether Pestie’s advertising and cancellation practices constitute deceptive or unfair business practices affecting consumers.

They do not give you time to cancel a delivery, and they charge old card information, which is fraud.

I reached out after the product failed to address a roach infestation in my apartment. I requested a small refund so I could hire professional pest control and immediately resolve the issue. That request was denied.

Instead, I was told I must reapply another “booster” treatment myself and continue living with the infestation—with no guarantee it would work—before a refund would even be considered.

While the customer service representative I spoke with was kind, patient, and respectful, management showed no flexibility or understanding. As someone who is already under significant emotional strain after recently losing my father, this response felt incredibly dismissive. Rather than showing understanding or flexibility, the company prioritized policy over basic compassion.

This experience left me feeling unheard and unsupported. While the representative did what he could, management was unwilling to make a reasonable exception that would have allowed me to resolve the problem quickly and move forward.

I would caution others that if the product does not work for you, be prepared to go through additional steps and delays before any refund is even considered—regardless of personal circumstances.

Good morning. I would like to rate this product as not being 100% effective at killing pests as advertised. I bought it because I saw online reviews saying it was effective, but in my case it was not, especially for the type of small cockroaches that the ad claimed it would kill. I requested a refund, and they will only refund the products I did not use, and I also have to pay for the return shipping if I want to get part of my payment back.

Easy to apply. No more bugs.

Pestie got rid of the bugs! Tiny little milipedes were the problem. Our daughter tried Pestie first and was so pleased with the results, she ordered us some too and applied for us Great product, wonderful daughter.

We’ve been using Pestie for a year now and I highly recommend them. Not only does their product work well but they make everything easy. Thank you Pestie!

This product is simple to use and very effective. The staff are wonderful and helpful.

Still a couple multi-colored Asian Beetles and a few flies

I have not seen a single roach in my house since my first application of Pestie. It worked so good, that it even killed some strange insects that were congregating around the wood of my house

The kit that was mailed to me was well-designed and exhaustive in what it contained. The initial spraying went well, and there was ample insecticide to more than adequately protect my home. And, the price was fair for what I received.

I was a little skeptical at first, but then I went ahead and did the spray. Within two days, my house was littered with all sorts of little bugs around the base of my house. This stuff works really well, and it took me no more than 30 minutes from start to finish.

Plus the cost of Pestie was one-fourth of what regular pest control would have been.
