Looks like Peptide Tech is BACK!!!!!!! I already ordered from them last Friday and Received my order this morning! Thank you Peptide Technologies!!!!!!!!!!

Have ordered several times in the past and very smooth with quick shipping and no problems. Came back to order a couple months later and all of my orders were gone from my account and 330 reward points vanished!

It took emailing multiple times and finally they replaced my points back into my account and asked for a positive review on Trustpilot with pictures. Well, a few weeks later I logged back in to order, and my reward points are once again back to zero! Also, I thought it was a mistake, but their credit card fees are almost $28.00!!! Combine that with shipping and what good are reward points anyway!

You wanted a review on Trustpilot. I kept my end of the deal, too bad you didn't!!!

I had an issue with an order not processing correctly and reached out to their support team, they were able to find a fix for me after I waited a long time and helped me get through the process very easily. Amazing website and amazing quality.

I placed an order with these guys and mistakenly entered in the wrong shipping address. Totally my fault, so I immediately emailed them and let them know. They responded back within the hour and resolved the issue. I received my order within 3 business days after placing it which was quicker than I expected. Everything was perfect when it arrived and they included a complimentary peptide cap. Great customer service and fast shipping!

I've been doing peptide research for a number of years now and've obtained supplies from over a dozen firms. And as I was unfamiliar with this company, i was initially skeptical. But I stand corrected! Outstanding prices, selection, shipping times, and- most of all- QUALITY is outstanding. Very pleased indeed. Would categorically recommend without hesitation.

Would give zero stars if possible. Several things are a miss with this company.

1) Shipping is slower than other companies.
2) Scam you with fees. A 28$ card processing fee is unheard of. Sure, add 2-5$ for a card processing fee, got it. Charge me 30$, that's absurd. Not to mention a 15$ shipping insurance fee that you can't remove. AND, these fees magically show up at the very last part. You never see them in your cart or when checking out initially. Overall, sketchy and bad business.
3) Customer service is garbage. They give you the run around. I had a few items in the cart, plus a bottle of hospira and then decided to get a few more things. This qualified me for a free bottle of hospira. Thats what they advertised. They added it to my cart, had a picture of it and everything. Then a generic bottle shows up and the customer service LIES and says it was out of stock at the exact moment my order was processed. Absolutely a lie because I had already put one in my cart before I knew it was the free gift.

Overall, terrible experience. Absolutely will not deal with them again. Save yourself the time and disappointment and go somewhere else.

The delivery period is incomparable

Always has the products I want and can buy In bulk. Shows the 3rd party testing and has the breakdown of what is in the product.

Peptidetech changed to plastic bottles for their bacteriostatic water product. Previously they were using glass bottles. This change was not noted in the product description. I am out the cost of this x 3 as I will not use plastic bottles.

The company used to ship peptides in 10ml bottles, but switched down to 3ml. I contacted them to ask if this was a temporary or permanant change. I got the standard automated email reply, "we'll get back to you soon". No one ever responded to this question. That was 3 months ago. I tried calling and got an AI bot that was not helpful. I checked today and see they no longer list a phone number anywhere on their website.

My black friday order took 3 weeks to ship out. I didn't hold this against them since that's a busy time for all companies. Their payment processing is clunky and confusing because it is handled by a third party and includes payment processing fees.

This company likes to change their products without warning. Their customer service seems to be non-existent. They don't provide a phone number to communicate with them. They also now list an address for a law firm for "legal letters". These are areas of concern.

This company has good prices and generally fast shipping. They have good finnrick scores.

Fast shipping. Excellent communication throughout the process. Products have always been consistent and accurate. Very convenient and reliable ordering.

Really poor customer service. I received a vial of KLOW that never fully dissolved, so I emailed asking if any other vials in that batch had been reported as problematic. I got a "We'll get back to you soon" response, but now weeks later, still nothing. There are companies with much better customer service and even better pricing, with products that have never failed me, so I would recommend you look to one of those and skip Peptide Technologies.

Peptide Technologies has great products and I will keep purchasing from them. I trust their products and highly recommend them.

Terrible experience! Customer service is terrible. I bought CJC 1295 and the peptides were no good and they refused to refund my money or send me product.

Found these guys on Finnrick best quality and price available.

I've found buying from them to be very high trust and they kept me in the loop on my products in the supply chain.

Not as fast shipping as some companies, but the product did arrive and was properly packaged. Ive had good results. The company rewards customers by leaving a good review. The phone number for customer service does not work, you get disconnected.
