Great company and clearly great at what…
Great company and clearly great at what they do, responsive customer service. Lovely visit from their engineer (forgot his name) but he was great. Spent a good effort identifying the issue and a comprehensive fix, I haven’t seen a single ant since their visit.
Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone treating Pharaoh Ants!

We needed help to get rid of a mouse in the house. Steve was very friendly, efficient and professional. He explained everything to me and really made an effort to inspect the area. I was very happy that we have chosen Beaver pest control and were very lucky to have Steve dealing with the issue. We couldn't be more happy and mouse free :)

Effective but unhelpful
They successfully removed the bed bugs from my bed, but the communication within the company — both between staff members and with me — was extremely poor. At an already stressful time in my life, I was given several different sets of instructions over the phone, all of which contradicted one another. To make matters worse, the technician arrived under the impression that he was dealing with a rat problem, which only added to the sense of chaos.
The man who carried out the fumigation was genuinely kind, professional, and helpful, but everyone I spoke to beforehand was quite rude and showed very little sensitivity. There was no acknowledgement that I might not understand the biology of bed bugs, nor any attempt to explain things clearly instead of assuming specialist knowledge.
Additionally, at no point was it properly explained that between treatments you effectively act as the bait to lure the bed bugs out of hiding. I completely understand that this is standard practice across the industry, but it would have been helpful to know this in advance, rather than being told off on the phone when I mentioned I had been bitten after the first treatment.

We’ve reviewed the communication around your booking and can see how the conflicting instructions would have added unnecessary stress. This is not the level of clarity or support we aim to provide, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused during an already difficult time.
We do make a point of providing written pre-treatment information at the time of booking to help residents prepare and to explain what to expect as there is a lot of information to take in, including the nature of multi-visit treatments and why activity can continue between visits.
We’ve followed up with the team involved and will be retraining staff to ensure better consistency and sensitivity going forward.
Thank you again for raising these concerns - your feedback is important and helps us improve the service we deliver.

The service has been first class from the phone call to the visit home. The tech was very polite, he explained everything he is doing clearly to me. Always asked permission when he needs to investigate more that is if he needs to take the microwave out or cut through the wall.
