Good product, slow delivery
Easy to order, good product (cardboard cones to house clothes moth pheromone traps instead of plastic ones) but delivery was very slow. After the initial email saying my order was ready to be shipped, I had no message to say it HAD BEEN shipped, so didn’t know when to expect it. A blip in the system perhaps? But reasonable price and satisfactory product.

A Prompt Effective Service
The chap came within 24hrs of our call and was on time for the appointment. He dealt with the wasps straight away and told us what to expect after the treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have bought these for years , put in every cupboard with clothes and blankets, always change every 6 months and have never had any moths.

We had ants at our backdoor and ant stop did the trick.

I had rats in my kitchen
I had rats in my kitchen, I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient this company is, and I felt that they knew exactly what they were doing. They often work with a company that stops rats using your drains as a motorway. Very effective combination of skills.

Moth traps
I've ordered moth traps a few times and they always arrive exactly how and when they say they will. They catch lots of moths too. My only reservation is that I do still have a moth problem 6 months down the line and I'm not sure where to go from here.
