HONEST. Could have told me that we did have bed-bugs (what I suspected) and charged me for treatment. But instead confirmed that it was only one solitary (dead) carpet beetle, so did not need any treatments, only charged a nominal call-out fee.

Pest Control was great with me and the man they sent John was so helpful and reliable. Any issues that needed taking care of, he came back. He checked everywhere including the attic and around the outside of my house. Brought me a lot more traps which i believe is also helping to keep my mouse infestation at bay. And alot of bait. Had to ring up and ask when my product was going to be delivered, due to the fact it wasn't sent out to me till over 10 days later so not impressed with there service.

Order placed 16 October 2023 and acknowledged by email. Phone contact 25 October as nothing further heard and goods not delivered; told item not in stock and that attempt had been made to contact me re substitute but had failed due to apparent incorrect email address - not true, obviously. Refund agreed and dealt with promptly, which earns the single star. Not impressed.

I really hate flys in the house and always try to keep the cassette in but I ran out so my granddaughter looked on the web and I ordered the cassettes from this site, they were delivered on time and in good condition.

Not a single moth has attached itself to any of these. They fly past. Perhaps out of date stock?

Codling and plum moth pheromone traps both work well trapping male moths and saving my fruit.

I thought I had ordered the sticky sheets to go inside the white plastic frames for moth control. But you only sent one white frame!! Please send the sticky sheets!!!!
