Great service from the company

Purchased the Webbing Clothes Moth Kit as we have to treat multiple areas for clothes moth. We have previously purchased the sticky pheromone cards in packs of 10 from this company, which can be put up in multiple sites. The 'Kit' with its much larger set of treatments however only contained two individual cards. Two clearly does not deal with multiple sites. I telephoned the company who disagreed that two was insufficient. I am disappointed that the Kit does not contain adequate cards, and believe the job will not be successful. Any suggestion of sending further cards on a goodwill basis was refuted.

I received my protective clothing with replacement mask inside which is not the same as the one on the website, it’s thin material and will not protect from spraying pesticides. I’ve had the pack before the mask I received the time before when I ordered was solid to include this flimsy mask that will not protect is dangerous. I rung spoke to the manager who argued that it’s the same mask but hang up on my because I kept calling her lady lol. I will be taking this further as this is a safety concern. I just can’t believe it that she could damn right lie like that when it’s such a serious issue

Panic stations when the carpet was being gobbled up. Found what I needed on their excellent website and order arrived next day. Easy to use and lots of dead moths in the morning. Only negative was that the spray attachments were pretty useless, made up my own and that was fine. Possibly something that needs addressing. Otherwise first class service

What amazing service! I called these guys late on Friday, they were really helpful on the phone, arranged to ship the goods immediately and I received them Saturday lunchtime. They really did go out of the way to make sure the delivery happened and I am incredibly grateful for that.

I have been purchasing the pro active c for 3 years and never had a problem. I would spray it all around the house and not see a spider for weeks. My prchase this year however is absolutley useless, ive sprayed the whole house as usual and spiders arent budging at all. Contacted pest control direct who told me to give it time to work which is ridicolous advise. ive nearly used the whole 5 litre bottle in 2 weeks and i am still infested with spiders!

I ordered clothes moths products because I have an infestation in the house wardrobes. I purchased a couple of things. They dispatched the next day and when I emailed them they replied very fast which is great communication. The products arrived a little later than the expected delivery date but that is not their problem, due to the current pandemic there are delays with the courier in Ireland. The products were great and I hope that they will be effective for killing clothes moths. I purchased Acana products and the smell of lavender is nice and not too overpowering like other clothes moths products. I will purchase them again when I need to buy more clothes moths products when they expire.

I had a problem, and judging by my wifes scream you would have thought we were being invaded by a herd of elephants. "Do something, do something, and do it NOW!".
What was it? Was it dangerous? Would it bite? Yes it would probably bite if I cornered and attacked it, and yes it was dangerous, but only to my ears. It was a mouse!!!
The solution needed to be fast, effective and visible to 'her indoors',
Ghost Busters immediately sprang to mind, but not even I could pull that off. Not knowing a thing about pest control I hunted the internet and after learning what I needed I looked for a reputable and recommended supplier who had very good reviews. I found it in Pest Control Direct. The website is a bit daunting at first, but you can get everything you need at good prices, and with a swift service.
Everything arrived in a strong box, I set it up easily (the instructions and safety warnings were particularly good) and the problem was solved.
