After abit of a difficult start with…
After abit of a difficult start with the office not totally understanding the situation i was in ,regarding needing wasp nests removed from our loft.
Thomas arrived on time,he was freindly ,approachable and polite.
He summed up the situation ,he explained that the nests were infact dead and we learnt alot from him.
Thomas efficently removed nests,no chemichals were needed because the nests were dead, he bagged up and took away the nests.
We were happy and it was a pleasure to meet Thomas.
