We had a fantastic experience with Personal Drivers last week moving a U-Haul 15' truck full of belongings from NC to NH. They communicated well at every step of the way. Their driver, Bill Graul, was very professional and courteous. He was diligent in his inspection of the truck each day and provided progress reports when he stopped each night, including photos of the truck. Just a great experience overall.

We had a long and difficult move from France, and we needed to get from London to Tucson with our Yorkshire terrier. We got a flight to Los Angeles and flew the dog by cargo. But we could not get a flight to Tucson from LA with our dog. When I contacted DD at Personal Drivers, she solved the drive to Tucson for me. She answered all my emails promptly and reassured me. Our driver, Ben Reddel, was terrific. He texted me before our appointment in LA to meet at the car rental office. I knew from his messages I could count on him. When he arrived at the car rental place, he helped me pick out the SUV and took charge of everything. I had not rented a car before. He made it easy. The drive was long, but Ben made it enjoyable and stress free. He is a very fine man, and we were blessed to have him for our driver. He stopped for us to eat and watched the dog for us. He even put gas in the SUV for me. He talked with us during the trip so it wasn’t tedious. I certainly made the right decision choosing Personal Drivers. I highly recommend this company. You cannot find a better one.

This company and specifically DeeDee have been an abolsute please to work with, we even brought a driver in from out of state to make sure there was availability to complete the moving spanning over 2 weeks. They are due diligent and on top of everything, providing updates along the way!

I recently had a second excellent experience with Personal Drivers and wanted to share it. When my friend could no longer drive with me, I needed a way to get from New England to Florida and, after researching options, found Personal Drivers. DD quickly arranged a reliable driver to transport my dogs and me. The booking was fast and smooth, and the drive south went without incident.

For the return trip I requested the same driver, Andrew W., and the trip was confirmed within hours. Andrew planned the route thoughtfully, scheduling well-timed stops so the dogs and I could stretch, eat, and relax. He also identified alternate routes and dog-friendly hotels in advance, which made me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the journey.

Andrew’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for our comfort made the long drive easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Personal Drivers, DD, and Andrew for anyone needing dependable transportation for short or long trips. I’ll happily use them again whenever I need safe, trustworthy transport.

From the first contact with Personal Drivers, Dd was professional, competent, conscientious and caring. She located a driver for my cross country trip and quickly put together everything needed. On the day before I was to be picked up, my driver became very ill. Dd immediately let me know and within hours had found another driver that was available. With very little delay she put me in touch with driver Eddie Ortega. Eddie contacted me and went over the details of our trip. He was very courteous and personable, and filled what could have been a long and boring trip with pleasant conversation. I am very thankful for Dd and Eddie making it possible for me to take this trip to see my family.

I had to travel 5 stes to my new home with two pets and needed help in my motels getting my stuff and them safe 3 nights and 4 days. Dd knew my issues surrounding a safe driver personality and ability to drive. Dr. Rollins exceeded that request. Funny., kind and a great tour guide it was the best I have ever experienced. I chose a trucking company for my furniture, a service dd offers with the caveat rhat the rental is loadedvand unloaded. I wish I had gone with her as I sit in an empty house. Rest, knowing Dd the owner has checked internationally on her drivers and only picks those who like herself have had succesful businesses and want to do this in retirement. I love them both and can not put enough stars, though they woukd fill a galaxy. Do not go anywhere else.

Professional, affordable, kind, responsible! I had a wonderful experience working with Personal Drivers. They helped make my cross-country relocation stress-free by driving my Uhaul across the country. I'd highly recommend their services. Working with DD and Andrew was wonderful.

I was really impressed with how smoothly everything went. The company has a very professional system in place, which helped ease my concerns about booking an RV driver online. Communication was consistent and thorough, including insurance and logistics, and I always felt informed.

This review comes from a slightly different perspective. I drove for Personal Drivers over the past year. While I had tons of driving experience, this type of work was entirely new to me. Driving for a direct customer, and not just for a company, made the experience very different. DD makes sure to communicate with myself and the customer over the days leading up to the drive, throughout and once the job is completed. DD was very professional in all aspects of the business side of things as well. She lived up to all guarantees made to the customer while fully covering driver expenses and compensation in a timely manner. I always knew that the company was behind me and the customers throughout the completion of each individual driving job whether it was local or cross-country. Overall, it was a great experience working with Personal Drivers.

I can’t say enough good things about PersonalDrivers.com! I had to change my dates multiple times, and they were super patient with me through the whole process. DD’s support was incredible, I messaged at 4 AM, not expecting a reply, but she got back to me right away and helped sort everything out.

My driver, Michael, kept me in the loop the entire time. My vehicle was well taken care of and showed up faster than expected, which was amazing since it my belongings in it.

I have worked with the owner or Personal Drivers as a driver for a number of years. They are honest, always available, organized and committed to the driver's safety. Payment is always prompt. I have not had a problem having worked over 50 jobs for them.

Like any other service you don't know what you're going to get. However, after dealing with DD the owner of Personal Drivers and how detailed she was about every issue and what I should expect and what the company should also expect. It was clear that Personal Drivers made every point clear to avoid issues that would delay or hinder the travel experience and safety upfront with the customer. And I am glad they did I had a great trip and experience. my driver and I talked most of the way sharing different issues and conversation and also, I did not have to think about anything just waiting to when I get to my destination. Summing it up details were completed by personal drivers -all safety inspections-driver was on time-driver was professional and safe -arrived at my destination on time an everything was perfect. I had such a great experience with Phil my driver we went to dinner after checking in the hotel and talked about life and issues. GREAT JOB!!!!
