Garbage

Garbage, product arrived damaged. Zero customer support. Had to resort to Twitter. Received response from someone who had no connection to orders or customer service capabilities. Wanted to exchange. Forced to return. Abysmal customer support to the point of laughable. Spend your money elsewhere.

Site is bugged

I have bought some sunglasses from the website. They have taken the money, but never received the confirmation on the email.
Tried to contact them, but no answer so far from them.
Dispite it all the sunglasses have arrived on time. It's a little bit strange.

Il peggior sito di e-commerce. Luxottica vai a scuola di e-commerce!

Il peggior sito di e-commerce e la peggiore assistenza clienti. L'e-commerce malfunziona se pagate con PayPal. Il processo di pagamento si conclude senza consentire di scegliere l'indirizzo di spedizione. Per questo, dovendo fare un regalo, per due volte ho pagato un paio di occhiali senza poterli indirizzare alla giusta destinazione. Il servizio clienti interpellato ha saputo solo rispondere che "l'IT è informato e stanno provvedendo". Nel frattempo potrebbero disabilitare il pagamento con PayPal per evitare che i clienti paghino merce che non arriverà mai. Ho cancellato la seconda spedizione per eccesso di malfunzionamento e stasera mi mandano la mail che "la spedizione è partita", quindi vuol dire che non hanno recepito la cancellazione. Davvero da sfuggire come la peste.

Top quality glasses and top bottom service

Persol have unbeatable glasses - but never try to buy them online from their store unless you're certain that it's the right glasses- Return is a nightmare and you probably will never see your money and you pay the freight yourself - this was 18€ for one pair of glasses.
Really sad for such a good quality product that they done get the service in order

Qualität der Brille Katastrophe, Bügel schief. Nach Retour schickte man mir DIESELBE Brille nochmals zu.

Auf Mails wird nicht geantwortet, Retouranfragen werden ignoriert.

Occhiali da vista Persol modello 3007V comprati sul sito Persol durati meno di un anno scarsa qualità per un brend di lusso, la scritta Persol nel terminale delle aste scomparsa dopo nemmeno un mese, aste cambiate 2 volte in un anno... Imparate a fare davvero bene occhiali di qualità e poi magari li fate pagare per bene.Mai più Persol.

I would rate them no stars if possible. Love the glasses but buying through Persol.com site for s a terrible experience. They do not respond to calls and it takes a week to respond the emails, I have emailed my prescription several times. I will never buy direct from them again and I want to warm others of the risk should they attempt buying direct from them in the future.

The UPS KLARNA double whammy

I have a rule, if a company uses UPS and pushes KLARNA, walk away. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the delivery company was UPS.
So the upshot is my frames will sit in a dry cleaners amazingly as far away from my house as you can possibly be and be in the same borough until the 1st of November when they will go back to Italy and I may receive a refund 14 days after that. Obviously there’s a lot of jeopardy in that process.
Which airport will UPS use? Gatwick (closest) or Glasgow which sounds a little bit similar. 🤦🏼‍♂️
I’m not in the business of lending money interest free to big companies, which is essentially what this transaction has become.
A shame, but that’s why eBay and Amazon do so well.

My bad for a late edit.

After being a pain in the bum to CS who mistakenly decided my goal was a refund , which wasn’t asked for….I was given a refund and an apology for inconvenience.🤔😵‍💫🤦🏼‍♂️
Ok free frames for a UPS issue is more than welcome compensation but…… don’t pay me to go away, deal with the issue.
eBay will be slightly more expensive, have better protection and be delivered correctly.
I’m unlikely to use Persol.com again.

No Retour possible...and so on

I love persol sunglasses but……

I love persol sunglasses but……. The customer service it’s very very very bad!
It’s a shame for such good brand to have a very bad customer care! For that reason I will never buy persol again!

Don't buy from this company on line.

They sent me a completely different pair of sunglasses to the ones I ordered: style, model, colour, shape, everything! I emailed customer services and they did get back to me, saying that they can exchange for the right pair or give me a refund. Having already lost confidence in their distribution service, I thought better to ask for a refund. But more than 2 months later, heard nothing from them despite my emailing them again. So I have lost £120 and stuck with a pair of sunglasses I never asked for. In the end, i bought the pair i was after from John Lewis.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, don't buy from this site. Have tried to return my glasses but their phone number doesn't work and they don't reply to emails, social media, nothing. Stay away, it's a scam. 140 Euro lost.

Persol has great glasses!!! BUT...

They promised to deliver within 5 days, but when after 21 days there was no information about shipping. Then i canceled the order. (had to send a couple of e-mails, because there was no response for the customer service)

But i got shipped anyway.. I now want to return the glasses. For that i need a return address and a RA nummer.

I tried contacting customer service through e-mail several time but there is no respons.. and there is no phone number on their site..

Very bad performance for such a good brand...

Disappointed and frustrated

Love Persol, hate the webiste and customer service experience.

I recently bought a pair of sunglasses from persol.com. I signed up for their Makers' Program in order to receive a free engraving on my sunglasses. I followed the sizing procedure on the website and, having owned a pair of Persols before, bough the standard size.

When my glasses arrived, the did not fit. They are very narrow on my face and particularly uncomfortable around the temples.
I contacted Persol via the e-mail address provided on the website. I did not hear back for three days, during which time I also tried to phone them (number did not connect) and contact them via the "Contact Us" box on the website. Three days after initial contact, they got back to me to say that I can't return the item because it is engraved, as per their policy. The Returns Policy is listed on a small section at the bottom of the website page. I was not warned when I chose to engrave my glasses that I would not be able to return them. More fool me, I guess.

I expressed to them that the item was not as described on the website as per their sizing guide and that I would like a refund. They refused, saying it was against their Returns Policy. I requested a callback from a manager and provided my phone number.
He phoned, I missed the call, he left me a message and stated they couldn't accept a return as per their Policy, and invited me to call back if I wanted to talk. He did not leave a number, and when I called the number that came up back, it went to an automated answer-phone service.

I feel angry and like I have been duped. Again, I like Persol sunglasses and their products are great, but the website is clunky, unresponsive and unhelpful and lead me to choose a product that didn't fit and that I couldn't return. The customer service experience was also unresponsive and unhelpful. I will avoid buying through persol.com in future.
