Never delivered the item
Ordered mothers day item on 5th March which was before their guaranteed delivery cut off date.
Emailed them as I was concerned I had no tracking info.
That afternoon tracking number for royal mail arrived but said they were awaiting the item.
Royal mail just been and gone with no parcel for mother's day.
Will be requesting a refund and if not will be claiming back through the bank
Update. Tracking info now live showing Delivery on Tuesday. 2 Days after guaranteed delivery for mother's day. Don't bother ordering from this company if you want something for a specific date

Only giving 1 star as can’t give none. I’ve had the same experience as everyone else with this company, Gift ordered 27th Feb for Mother’s Day and it hasn’t arrived. Email sent today for a refund but not holding my breath, Do not use this company!

They take the funds and you will never see an item! Simple as that! Another Facebook scamming company. Ordered a Mothers day gift, item never arrived. Ordered 15 days before and was logged with Yodel but nothing. They create a label and shipping ID but never ship. If you have used them already contact your bank and report. You may get a refund but as well as this the bank can report the company for fraud which will eventually see their accounts frozen and company pulled down.
Terrible company
I second the previous review, ordered a gift for my son's first mother's day, ordered 25th Feb and told 5-7 working days, chased twice and still no delivery, absolutely ruined, do not use!

A deeply disappointing and distressing experience – please be cautious
I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Permagift, which has been nothing short of upsetting. I ordered a gift for my daughter’s first Mother’s Day—an occasion that can never be repeated—and Permagift repeatedly assured me that the item had been dispatched and would arrive in time. Those assurances now appear to have been empty promises.
Despite multiple emails from me today, Permagift has stopped responding entirely. Their only method of contact is a single email address, and when a company goes silent at the very moment a customer needs clarity, it raises serious concerns about their integrity and reliability.
The pattern is troubling:
• Repeated reassurances that the order was “on the way”
• Claims that tracking information would update “within 48 hours”
• No updates, no tracking, no transparency
• And now, no replies at all
This experience has caused real disappointment and emotional distress, especially given the significance of the occasion. Based on what I’ve encountered, I believe others should exercise extreme caution before placing an order with this company. I would strongly advise researching alternative, reputable sellers who value honesty, communication, and customer trust.
I hope this review helps prevent others from going through the same frustration and heartbreak.
