This gift arrived a week late and was faulty. The follow up customer service has been terrible and they wont give me a refund. They have offered a replacement for a mothers day gift which is a bit late plus i dont have confidence in the quality of a replacement given the first item. DO NOT BUY

I placed an order for a Mother's Day gift with the understanding that it would arrive well in advance of the occasion. Despite multiple email inquiries, the item was delivered two days following Mother's Day. Furthermore, only a partial shipment was received, and the product significantly deviates from its advertised representation. Consequently, I will refrain from future transactions with this vendor.

Ordered a Mother’s Day gift from 24th February. They dispatched the order late, despite the fact that it was advertised to be processed in 2-3 days and delivered in 5-8 days. Arrived in 17th march without the “PREMIUM GIFT BOX” I have paid for. Also the product was far from expectations.

Awful company. Finally got my Mother’s Day gift which I can only describe as a bit of tat, also paid extra for box which is nothing like advertised.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Shame 1 star is the lowest, advertised mother's day gifts, order over 10 days in advance and it's arrived after two weeks. Gift isn't as good as expected and frustrated isn't the word.
DO NOT use this company.

I ordered on 18th Feb for Mother’s Day gift , didn’t come until today 17th March Mother’s Day come and gone !
Really disappointed with it doesn’t even stand up, in comparison to the pictures it is like a different product.

If you don’t want to receive what you bought then order from here. Otherwise shop somewhere else.

Awfull service, been almost a month and still no sign of delivery, a gift for mothers day that had now been and gone. completely let down. No wonder this company has all 1 star reviews. AVOID !!

Damn , all these reviews weren’t on here when I looked a couple weeks ago , I to ordered a gift for mothers day in the date it told me I would need to get for the Sunday , Sundays been and gone , money taken no gift , no response back

Bought this for my grandaughter. It is lovely and so different.
Communication with company was great. Will be buying another soon.

Ordered a gift for mother's day several weeks ago. Still not arrived and mother's day was yesterday. Will not be ordering from this company again.

Ordered 5th March to have order here in time for mothers day, never turned up, very disappointing. Thanks for ruining mother days!

Awful service, non existent customer service, ordered Mother’s Day gift in February and still not arrived and no answer from 2 emails asking where it is..
avoid this sham of a company

Scam marketing on Facebook advertising Mothers Day gifts. I put my trust in ordering, as others had. Only to be let down. Like others, emailed them and get a quick response saying g how they are individually made so take time. Despite this not aligning with their timescales given online. Then receive a yodel tracking number the next day but nothing since and no response to another email. All for taking money and not delivering the goods. Avoid at all costs

If I could rate this minus 1 I would. Ordered a gift for Mother’s Day on the 4th February. I chased on a number of occasions and told it would arrive. Now 15th March still nothing.
Customer service is shooking and the experience using this company is appalling.
Advise Avoid at all cost.

I would absolutely rate this company as zero if possible. Same as all the reviews, I am still waiting for the gift I bought my mum for Mother’s Day. I ordered a crochet flower for my mum, I emailed at the beginning of last week to raise my concern that it wouldn’t arrive in time for Mothering Sunday. At no point has there been any indication it wouldn’t. Tracking update from Royal Mail stated they were ‘waiting for the item’. Yesterday (Saturday) that updated to delivery on Tuesday 17th March. Set to arrive (no confidence that it even will turn up) 2 days after Mother’s Day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COST

Terrible order a mother's day gift 7days before..plenty of time for delivery.safe to say it Sunday now and hasn't arrived.there taking money then ticking a box saying royal mail are waiting for your parcel 48 hours and not sending. Asked for a refund terrible. Josh

Just like everyone else, I ordered a gift for mothers day in mid February and didn't hear anything until I messaged them at the beginning of March asking for updates. They provided a tracking number a week ago and still nothing. I wouldn't waste my time and money with them.

As many others suggest, this is evidently a scam. Marketed mother's day gifts, ordered weeks before and not fulfilled. They provide tracking details when you chase them, but the courier hasn't actually got the item. Chased multiple times again, they then fail to respond. Absolute scam! Requires going through your bank to get the money back.
