Never received the tracking number and never received any message,I almost think it’s a scam company

Hi Evenson, someone was supposed to let you know about the delay so we will figure out why that wasn't sent. Our products from LV have been delayed because there is a wait of up to 2-weeks currently to receive those items. We're happy to send your decant as soon as we receive the item, or we can certainly issue a refund if you prefer. We apologize for the lack of communication.

Great Experience

I saw the relatively low rating here, but decided to give things a chance anyway. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Pricing was excellent. Items were packaged with care. Shipping was fast - ordered on Nov 17th and it was shipped on the 19th. The tops of the decants were teflon tape wrapped to prevent any leaks. Everything was authentic. Will definitely be purchasing from Perfuum again. Thanks!

No shipping and nonexistent customer service

It’s understandable that companies might have delays in shipping due to whatever reason, but the way this one handles communications is just non-existent. Ordered a 5ml sample on May 12, on the shipping page it said it would arrive by May 19. On May 18, I reach out to them, as I have not received any update about the shipping. No reply. On May 20 (yesterday) I reach out again. No reply again. Complaining on here as it seems they are pretty fast at replying to trustpilot complaints. Gonna wait one or two more days before asking for a refund. I’ll make sure to buy from someone else next time and I advise you to do the same.

Hi, we didn't receive any of your messages so they must have been delivered to a spam folder, maybe because of the .it address, but we don't know for sure. We ask for up to 4 business days to fulfill any order because all of our samples are made after each purchase, so the shipping delivery dates are always estimates. The LV Imagination has been hard to keep in stock so there are delays with this item. Your order would have been shipped tomorrow, but we have issued a refund to your account.

False advertisement

Total scam...what I ordered from the photo was what I thought would be a travel size of Particle Gravite...they sent me a tiny vial of p-ss...when I complained they mentioned the disclaimers..
Which I'm seeing here for the first time.Tiny vial sealed with some kind of blue tape and smells nothing like advertised product

We make it as clear as possible that you will not receive anything in the original bottle or packaging. Particle doesn't even sell travel size Gravite at this time, but this customer thought they were receiving something that simply doesn't exist. The fragrance is 100% authentic from Particle, as all of our fragrances are authentic and re-bottled into the bottles that we use. Customer apparently didn't realize this and is now trying to damage our reputation. This is a new addition to our inventory, and we have over 100 orders with this product with no issues.

Has been 6 business days since I…

Has been 7 business days since I ordered my sample, and written them to get an update on the status and gotten no reply. At this point I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed…

Absolute garbage!!!!

Absolute garbage!!!!! Who are these people that run this kind of Scam business!! I ordered a men’s cologne, and it was clearly some sort of Cheap knock off!! I ordered Bond No. 9 a “Scent of Peace for Him”!! As soon as I smell the outside of the bottle, I knew it was fake. Sprayed it on my skin and immediately could tell it was a horrible knock off!! I wouldn’t trust any of their products to be authentic complete garbage bullshit company!

We only use 100% authentic fragrances from original sources. This product even has two other 5-star reviews on our site. We also did a blind smell test with the employees here and they knew what it was, but we are familiar with the new bottles. This has been reformulated and unfortunately weakened at some point, so if this customer has an older bottle that could explain the difference in smell.

incredibly disappointed; terrible communications

I’m am incredibly disappointed. I have messaged through the shop app, twice, text the number on their page, and emailed twice to get an update on a purchase I made on December 30th. It hasn’t been shipped or changed status since then. I haven’t received any sort of response. I hope this isn’t the typical way they do business. I will be contacting my bank and will continue with further reporting to the necessary outlets by tomorrow, if no response.

This order was placed on 12/31, not 12/30, and we have a 4-business day period to fulfill orders (which the customer is made aware of) as all samples are made after each order is placed. This pushed it out to today 1/6 because of the holiday. We reached out to customer to explain the issue today but in between the customer threatened with this negative review and with contacting bank for fraud and "governmental authorities" so this order has been canceled and refunded.

Fair & Fast smol business

Im so glad that I ordered from perfuum, I wanted to order from a trustworthy small company, had a discount for SB and found out that was a joke like what decant company does not carry name brand EDT? I am happy I did my research, most companies sell 5 ml I got 8, with the shipping the price is right on so they must be getting a very good deal on cologne, like I said most companies are selling just half of this for the same price. Thank you perfuum.com I really like the glass bottle, and thank you for the fast shipping NY to OR in three days

Always Excellent

I've ordered from Perfuum many times at this point, and it has always been an excellent experience. Legit fragrances, clearly labeled (with batch codes to help us with future purchases and reformulations), and great quality vials/atomizers (some sites have atomizers that have a fishy smell, theirs never do). They always include a little something extra in each order as well that I highly appreciate. Store selection is also amazing - there are fragrances here that I can't find samples of elsewhere. Highly recommended, order with confidence!

Customer’s order seems lost in transit. A refund has been issued, now customer claims they haven’t received the refund. We received an email at 1:20am and customer is upset there wasn’t a quick response.
