This is a great company ,they offer very expensive decants at a reasonable price. I have several decants from them and they are all the real deal.

Their samples are all diluted or fake. Bought multiple from them and other sites to test; theirs were the only ones that didn’t smell right. The color is way off, smell is off. Save your money.

It is a complete scam. I paid $180 for a sample that it doesn’t even smell the same of the original and 3oz on Newman Marcus cost me $170

This place dilutes the fragrances. Very weak and not at all like the authentic products I bought before.

Fragrance & packaging always a great job!

Ordered a sample and the juice was colourless while the original is known to be a dark amber. Could barely smell it on testing strips and skin. Clearly watered down. Based on other reviews on this site looks like this is a recurring issue with this website. I emailed them but no response yet.

Update to above:
They replied that they likely mistakenly gave me the edt version of the fragrance I ordered (I ordered the parfum), they refunded me the whole value of that fragrance + 20% of my overall order which included 2 other samples. I tried one of the other 2 samples and it seems authentic.

Bought decants for travel purposes. Know two of the scents very well as I use them frequently and the decants received ARE NOT the original scents; they smell very different. The third one smells weak and watered down when it is a more concentrated formula. This is a scam.

Baso is a fresh Spring Summer fragrance that smells incredible… I am very pleased with my purchase.

Received their $49.99 Guerlain Tonka Imperial 10ml decant today. Compared side by side with the real sample from Guerlain, their decant is unmistakably FAKE; observed from the opening to the dry-down, so this is not a rush to judgement. I'm a perfume collector & familiar with Guerlain fragrances for 20yrs. I know my stuff.

They do have an unfair, "self-protecting" policy in place to release them from any accountability. >> Non-refundable if an item is opened/used, as in...you're screwed if using their item to find out later it's a fake. Also, to get a refund, a 20% restocking fee + the return-shipping cost, are also on you. I recommend that, if you run into this same problem with them, another alternative be escalating the dispute for a refund directly with their payment processors (Amazon Pay, Sezzle, Visa/Master, etc). UPDATE (March 11, 2024):
MyCustomScent's CEO reached out to resolve misunderstandings/disputes and make things right. They immediately issued a FULL refund, accompanied with a return-shipping label for me to send back the item.

I was satisfied that their actions to correct the matter came through promptly, so I withdrew the dispute filed with Amazon Pay accordingly.

I got sent a sample of Amore Caffe from Mancera and it didn’t smell like the original bottle. But I won’t lie, it smelled really good. I could see my self layering it with the original. I do want to know what I got sent, because although it wasn’t amore caffe, it smelled great.

The scents I ordered were all just as exceptional as I had expected. I think this site offers some great deals on decants which permits me many of the world's top fragrances prior to investing a huge sum on a full bottle.

I'd been waiting to try Ganymede and I was more impressed that I thought I would be. It's such a unique scent that's fresh and inviting. Nothing in my almost 200 collection smells like it! I've already received around 5 compliments and purchased a full bottle!

The service was moderately fast, the delivery was good no damage, well packed. The shopping part of the experience was fun. The costs are reasonable and realistic. I give a 5 for overall experience. Cheers Rhonda

My Custom Scent always gets my order to me quickly and it’s the real perfume. I order from this company frequently to sample perfumes before purchasing the full bottle. I have never had an issue with this company . Prices are reasonable also. I highly recommend.

I purchased Luna Rossa Black. Excellent product and the delivery was very quick. I will shop here again.

Their Fragrances are weak. They're not the right color. Customer service never got back to me. No response through email, Facebook etc. Totally trash company selling weak/fake fragrances
