I decided to cancel my order a day after, and contacted them. They emailed me back immediately, and also responded to my message on their website. They cancelled my order and provided a full refund. This was all during Christmas Day as well. Excellent customer service.

My experience with this company was great they shipped the fragrance out super fast, I receive it within 3-4 days

Price of the product was reasonable and affordable with accurate tracking of my merchandise. Package 📦 was pack properly and great condition..

Ze stelen geld van je. 1 dec bestelling gedaan. Zeggen geleverd maar heb NOOIT wat ontvangen. Veld mails gestuurd en steeds kwam er ander excuses. Laatste was paar dgn geleden.
“ het is geleverd dus” einde verhaal.

Received the wrong perfume, but it was still a really nice perfume. I ordered CK1 & got Clinique Happy. Shipping was fast & free.

It said they delivered my order but didn’t take a picture where they left it and it was never delivered. I ordered through Walmart all my other Walmart packages were delivered and when they got delivered, they would Take a picture where they left it. I wrote to them and still haven’t got a response and what I ordered was a Christmas present.

I purchased from them through Walmart, and I was very disappointed. It was a Burberry cologne, which came in completely shattered (this was a Christmas gift). I could tell it was broken before I even opened the package because of the strong scent. Why was a glass bottle shipped in a bag instead of a box? And why was the bag not at least with some labeling that mentioned it was fragile? There’s one side to this - handling during transportation, and the other is preventative - proper packaging. Unfortunately, it was a great price, but I won’t be a returning customer.

I love Versace Bright Crystal perfume. However, of the product i received, packaging states SAMPLE NOT FOR SALE. ILLEGAL SALE.
So im not sure how I feel about having made this purchase-

very bad , I ordered a perfume from them, they never deliver it and when I contacted them, they respond at first, and then they ignore me, stay away, they are not reliable.

I just ordered a bottle of ralph Lauren #2.

As an avid lover of the brand ralph Lauren and especially the #2 pink bottle.

I am hooked. It smells exactly like the o.g one I got at the mall years ago. There is 0 difference and it lasts just as long.

If you feel you got knock off, maybe it's a you thing. Me personally, I know perfume. Perfume is my life. I collect it as a hobby.

My order never arrived. I have not received any communication.
