I ordered several items from this company. I received my order very quickly however the main and most costly item was missing. After two weeks and numerous e-mails I am still awaiting a reply. I do not like to post bad reviews however I have received absolutely no customer service whatsoever from this company,very disappointed 😞

Started buying my protein powder and preworkout at the start of the year after getting it recommended by a PT (shout out Darren Malaly). Honestly can't recommend this company enough! I had issues with delivery once (defo think it was my fault) and the staff went above and beyond for me! Can't remember the girls name but she even called me to help and in the end we got it sorted. Then went to make another purchase and managed to select pick up rather than delivery and asked if it was possible to deliver and they were kind enough to do it! Can't praise them high enough. They have got amazing variety of products as well as flavours

The worst product of my life I never recommend any one

One of my pre workout came open with the seal open. The pre workout was clumped therefore lost a few servings. emailed them never got a reply. Not the best way to run a business. Not going to bother ordering from this company again.

Edit: You might need to add some Citrulline to get best pump 💪. I put “Axe & Sledge” pure unflavoured L-Citrulline.

Contact with customer service is pointless because they don’t reply . So think twice before you make order.

Product arrived on Friday 8th March, it arrived damaged (the bottle had been opened as a capsule inside the bottle was broken). I sent an email (3 times) to which I received no response whatsoever, I have constantly tried calling via phone however Nobody picks it up & it goes straight to voice message, I've kindly asked them to provide an address for me to return the damaged goods & to have new goods sent out to me but to no avail. Very unprofessional of these people at 'Performance Supplements', cannot be bothered to even reply to an email? I won't be ordering from these people again, there are better online supplement companies around, the lack of professionalism, business ethics & customer service has left me with no option but to cancel my direct-debit, if this company wants to resolve the matter then they can now chase me as I'm sick of emailing and phoning people who think they can get away with such a shoddy service & then just ignore you, from my experiences I would not recommend this company.
