The person tells you that they will send your CV to the hiring company. You ask for an answer either way but they never get in touch. Danielle, next time don't bother getting in touch.

It only took few hours for Ben Loft from Perfect Placement to find me a role that matched my criteria perfectly. Well I was helped by Ben and Dee at Perfect Placement, and they were very helpful and catering for the type of work I was looking for, and found me really good interviews and that now has lead to a successful placement

Had a great experience with this company and the person responsible for that is Harry. He's very supportive and will always keep you in the loop with what's going on. He assisted me in getting into a position I've always wanted to get into by coaching me providing training material and finding the best place for me. Harry really is great at his job and is the reason why I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have made a job application on Find a Job on 7 May 2025 which was made through Perfect Placement but there is no record or e-mail confirmation of this going through from either source despite being told on submission that my application had been completed.

I have used the service twice.

The first time a technician pulled out at the last minute which is unavoidable but they could not find me another candidate. Fortunately this happened before he started so there was no expense to me but it did make me wary.

Before using the service again I was assured that there was more candidates around and it was timing previously - covid etc. They also reaffirmed that they would be able to replace anyone that did not work out.

The most recent experience was I hired a tech through Perfect Placement and he was not up to standard and left within a few months. It happens but the unacceptable part was the way it has been dealt with in trying to find a replacement. no urgency, no candidates unless I chase them every few weeks, no communication in any way really.

The last straw was today I have had an email asking if I want to fill another role and offering a candidate that I don't need while I do still need a tech and have had no communication from them for over a month. the last communication was them trying to rearrange an interview but there was no contact after that. nothing to say the tech was no longer looking or changed his mind, just radio silence so I stopped flogging that dead horse at that point.

In short they are not worth the expense and I have found they are not true to their word about replacements if it doesn't work out. its in the small print though.
