Worst company ever. We ordered a bed and a month later it still hadn’t left the warehouse. We had to get a refund. Unacceptable

If I could give this company ZERO STARS I would. This is ridiculous, I've been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for a no pull dog harness! Wish I would've seen these reviews before I placed my order, ugh! Customer service is NON-EXISTENT and I get the same "canned" answer from China, I'm sure. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - EVER!!!

I can’t speak about the other products from this company, but DO NOT buy the so called indestructible dog toys. Within 1/2 an hour after I gave it to my dog he had the arm torn off!!!

I have been using the harness for my dog just a little over a year and use the under the chest clip to put it on. Recently, I can’t use the harness at all anymore because the Velcro doesn’t grip together and the slightest pull on the leash has the harness coming undone.

I bought this ball for my son’s new puppy beagle. Hoping for it to arrive close to after Christmas. I was never told the toy needed to be exported from China . The ball arrived way after the holidays, when it arrived my son gave it to his puppy and he ripped it apart in a minute . I write this company of my experience and they never replied and reposted my disputed charge in my card . If I can give this company a minus 10 I would .

Ordered the ‘indestructible’ dog toy. My dog destroyed it in less than a week. It is shoddy, poor quality material. Cheap toys from the supermarket have lasted longer. I tried contacting support to ask for a refund and have been ignored. Stay well away.

I order a harness . I never received the order

Highly over priced at $42(1/2 price). I should have looked into it further before ordering. My item was advertised as 50% off, clever marketing had me thinking “bargain” then it was shipped from china, which took forever. I had since purchased the exact same item on an Aus website, that took 3 days to arrive & was $16. My emails are getting ignored. Never again. Poor form of a website

I ordered a large dog bed and received a package that was about 15by15 a month later but meanwhile I found and bought the same bed at a local pet store so I know there was no way what they sent was what I ordered. I sent their package back to them and sent them a text message to two phone numbers letting them know that what they sent me was not what I ordered and that I had sent it back to them and wanted my money back. It’s been about a month since I sent it back and still waiting to get my money back. I would not recommend ordering anything from this place because you can’t contact them at all. Wish I had of read these reviews and not the reviews they put on their site. The phone numbers I had was phony.

Waited over 2 weeks for the “indestructible” dino toy. Finally got it and it was ripped apart in 15 minutes. $20 in the trash.

Extremely poor quality. Gave toy to my cavoodle to play with and was broken within a couple of minutes. Would not refund but have to
purchase other dog items to that value.

Product never arrived. Terrible communication from the “Customer Service”. Please do not use!!

Communication from the store regarding very poor tracking information was non existent they didn’t even answer my email
When the harness arrived it was obviously very poorly made
The first time my dog ran in it the plastic strap adjusting clip snapped rendering it no longer adjustable
A total piece of rubbish and a waste of money and no point trying to get a refund from a company that doesn’t respond to your enquiries
I will never deal with this company again
They advertise quoting cost in Australian dollars but when you pay using PayPal the bank I use passed on an international transaction fee
I will be blocking all advertising emails from them

I placed an order on 12/3. I never received an acknowledgement, shipping notification or any communication from the company at all. A week later I noticed my card had been charged on the 4th for the order . Still no word from the company. I sent an email saying I haven't been told my order had been accepted, shipped or anything and I was considering it as being unfulfilled. Several days later I sent another email saying cancel my order as I still had no response from them. Finally the next day I received a response wanting to know my order number...I wrote back that I did not have an order number as I had received nothing from them except a charge on my card. After several more emails requesting additional information they Finally " found" my order and that it had been shipped and may take 17 day to receive. I've already purchased the exact item from someone else for half the price. That order was instantly acknowledged and arrived within a day. The order from perfect paw will be returned the day it arrives, if it ever does arrive. Awful communication and over priced. I'll never order from them again.

Three weeks and still waiting. No response to emails, no valid tracking number. Don’t waste your money here.

I have ordered from them before but this time when I ordered I put my phone number in as one long number never realizing they would print it off that way. When I received the harness I was surprised as all the numbers were run together making it hard to read. I asked if they could fix it. Their answer was no sorry but that's how you ordered it. But you can order new name/number plates for a price and here is a code for a small discount. Thank you but no thank you. I am a returning customer who has bought 3 other harnesses over the years. But now I will never order from them again. I already spent enough money on this harness.

Agree with all the poor reviews. Long delivery and customer service wouldn’t cancel when told I had a gifting deadline. Day 12 and counting…still not received. Stay away!

I received the harness but the package was soaking wet even the harness was wet. My pets name and my phone number was missing.

I just bought two of the harnesses and one leash. The harnesses will not stay adjusted. The belly strap keeps coming loose. The first walk, the leash broke, and the dog ran out in front of a car. Luckily, we were on the side road and nothing happened. It took me a while to catch the dog. I would not recommend either one of these products. Also, they say 5 to 7 day shipping look more 15 to 20 days. Besides at the product is just junk. It says no pull harness. It does not slow them down at all. I have a German shorthair pointer puppy. And the lab coonhound mix. They still think their sled dogs with these harnesses on.

NEVER RECEIED MY ORDER WAS CHARGED BY MY BANK TALKED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY ORDER
DID NOT CARE THAT I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER AND WAS SENT A MULTITUDE OF EMAILS FROM THEM BUT THEY COULDNT FIND ME IN THEIR SYSTEM
