DON’T FALL FOR IT! I would give zero stars, but not an option. My dog is 12.5lb. According to their size guidelines, she should have size small (10-15lbs it says). It is too big even though I have adjusted it as small as I can. They have no system in place for returns, but are offering me a discount on a smaller size. Nope….I’m not giving them any more money. Shipping is not even waived and is expensive. This is how they scam you.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a medium size harness based on their sizing chart. When it arrived it was way too big. I reached out to PerfectPaw customer service, the only option that was given was to purchase another harness. The only line of communication is via email. Once they determine that the issue is resolved to THEIR satisfaction they stop responding. Great customer service! Leave the customer disappointed, dissatisfied and frankly screwed over!

AVOID!!!! The WORST online company and customer service experience ever! I ordered a harness according to THEIR online size chart, but it was way too big for my dog. I asked for a refund or exchange but they wouldn’t do either. They said “that’s our policy”. Obviously, they don’t care whether the product is usable or the customer is satisfied. Do not order from this place. Period.

Buyer beware! They don’t accept returns and don’t give refunds. No satisfaction guaranteed policy. Satisfaction, it appears, is not even desired. Harnesses do not work as my dogs easily pulled out of them.

Love the harness. It’s easier for me to control Jasper when he pulls and everyone comments on how good it looks 😊 Love the Velcro pads with his name on. I ordered ones with both my phone no and his name on initially which my husband did not like so I reordered just the pads with Jasper’s name on, which was a great option to have.
Took a while to arrive however that’s understandable and I did put it through the washing machine on a gentle wash which faded the red somewhat- would recommend wipe clean only.
His hair does stick in the harness at the front and is difficult to remove but I would order one again as overall very pleased with the product, service and value.

The harness fits perfect and she doesn't mind wearing it and so fast and easy to put on

To claim this is a NO-PULL harness is a joke. I just bought one for my very strong Newfoundland Floyd so he and I could take walks together. Forget it. We barely got to the end of my driveway before he was pulling my arm out of its socket. And I have no confidence that anything will improve with continued use.

I would like you to return it for a refund of the purchase price. In my opinion this clearly was deceptive advertising and the product does not perform as advertised:

Excellent easy to use harness. I bought two for my dogs. They’re comfortable for the dogs and easy put on and take off especially with dogs who do not like to sit still.

This product is fantastic! I love how easy it is to put on my dog . Also the customer service was terrific and gave me a very timely response to my inquiry!

for our pups, and have them personalized with name and phone number to keep our pups as safe as possible. The quality is superb, it take but a second to put it on for a walk, and Remove when day is done ! The harness is very, very durable, yet lightweight to keep our pups comfortable
The turnaround time was but 2 weeks since placing the order, AWESOME !!

I have purchased 3 of these harnesses and they are all faulty. The clasp does not hold.
One of my dogs was nearly killed because the clasp opened up and he ran onto the road and was nearly hit by a car.
Perfect paw only replaced one of them and the same thing happened. WORST products I have ever bought online!!!!!! You have been warned.

I waited quite a while for my halter for Bailey to arrive. I live in a remote area. The customer service reps were professional, honest, kind and caring when I messaged to find out where it was. Not one word of disrespect was given, no lies saying i should have it. Just wonderful caring people. And the halter looks amazing on my pure bred shepherd!

We purchased this harness for our Basset Hound online after having no luck finding one in local pet stores. Sizing is an issue with the shape of Bassets. It arrived in a decent time after being personalized with name and phone number. Using it on several walks showed that it suits its purpose.
Some people have complained about the clasp being weak. I guess we will find out over time, but the clasp on ours is the same as on heavy duty luggage.

Love those two harness I order tagged Floufette and Lhassa for my old english sheepdog! I a real customer, living in Canada!

We have 3 of these and it works great for us. It fits well and is easy to use. I have found it does limit pulling for my dog but I still train for appropriate (according to us!) walking.

The 'no pull' dog harness is anything but. Not only did the sharp unfinished edges of velcro cut into my dog's neck and chest, the main fastener failed, twice while out walking and multiple times by simple pull testing. I have an exuberant 30kg 3yr old greyhound and the failure of that clip at the wrong moment could be catastrophic. Additionally, the adjustment slide does not hold in position and my dog can wriggle out of it after a short run to loosen it up. The response from from Perfect Paw Store is to return the product at my cost (Australia to USA) and inconvenience. Far easier to have the product fixed here. In an effort to offer this vendor a learning from my experience with their product, I'd start by supplying the product you advertise (A 'no pull' harness, free of 'fragile and flimsy' components).

Michael is great! I requested to change the color of my order and they happily entertained it. When the harness finally arrived, it was worth the wait. it was high quality and looks good!

The clasp of the harness will break! Everything is good quality, except for the clasp which is essential. For us, it was after about 10 uses. However, because it was purchased for Christmas and not used until about a month later, they do nothing because their refund policy is only for 30 days. So, they only stand by the quality of this product for 30 days which makes sense because it will break!

I bought two of these harnesses but unfortunately my puppy ate them so did not really get to test them properly but they seemed OK so I bought two more.
When my dog, 9mth German Shepherd, pulls on the lead (she's still in training) the buckle simply releases, allowing my dog to slip out of the harness.
Cheap 5H1T plastic crap not worth the postage.
Buy elsewhere - you've been warned!!!!!

I hope I learned my lesson about ordering from FB and Instagram!
Harnesses are crappy, the business has no customer service or phone. You get what you pay for . The names were on the wrong harness.
I highly recommend Joyride harnesses and should have stuck to them!
