Arrived quickly and without damage. Product works better than expected.

Easy to set up. Really nice temp controls. Helps with hot flashes at night. Haven't needed to access customer service. Husband is ambivalent, but I love it!!

My Perfectly Snug mattress topper has enabled me to enjoy a night's sleep without waking up due to overheating and managing to finally cool down 90 minutes later. This topper does exactly what they say it does with precision. I am beyond glad to have purchased it and am recommending it to anyone who has the same struggles I have had.

I was skeptical that this would really work for me, but it's been great. My hot flashes while sleeping are significantly reduced (almost gone to be honest). And we've had some unseasonably cold days and the heat function has worked great! Set up was easy and the customer service was very helpful (they customized shipping for delivery around my vacation). I'm very happy with this purchase and just hope it lasts a long time, given the price. Just know they are not based in the US, so there is a foreign transaction fee, unless you have that coverage on your credit card.

Life changing for me. I sleep so much better.

Great product

Needed to wear pajamas top and bottom to be comfortable on Perfectly Snug. Normally I only where shorts to bed. Feet get cold with socks on.

Good product not great I thought it would be a cooler feeling in bed. The product works well I have not had to toss my comforter off my bed because I am hot when I sleep, so I agree 100% it keeps you cooler but for me was hoping to have that get into bed with cold sheets feeling and it does not do that for me.

I love my “Snuggie” - it’s great. As someone who wakes up hot this product has really helped. I wish it was just a bit more aggressive with the cooling but I do live in the SoCal desert and understand that my weather is extreme.

Really I give it 4.5. The mattress pad works very well for cooling and the fan is very quiet. I took away one half star because the app disconnects and is then very difficult to reconnect. Customer service is amazing; they offered to do a live step by step session to get me reconnected. I couldn't make the timing work to do it. The good news is, you don't need the app. Instead, you can use built in buttons that are on the side of the topper.

The name is perfect! I just love this topper! No more battles over the thermostat. No more sweaty nights. Just sleep.

This product is top shelf! I have Prostate cancer and am on two different ADT meds. The thing is that they make your body thermostat go haywire and get really uncomfortably hot. The Perfectly Snug mattress fixed my lack of sleep the first night I used it. The adjustable cool air coming from it, along with a ceiling fan provides really deep sleep with no hot periods.

My husband and I often lament how it was so easy for us to sleep well when we were kids. We're over 40 now, and achieving quality sleep is getting much harder; mornings felt like we barely slept. Turning down the thermostat to 65 degrees F helped, but we were still exhausted every morning. In the middle of the night, I would swing my legs out from under the covers when they got hot. Then a bit later, half asleep, I would pull my legs back under the blankets because they got cold. This happened several times throughout the night. These interruptions were actually coinciding with what my Apple watch was tracking. We decided to purchase this mattress topper hoping it would move the needle in our sleep quality endeavor. Immediately, we felt the topper made a huge difference. We knew ambient temperature was important, but truly underestimated how hot the temp can get underneath the covers as our body heat gets trapped. The fans keep the environment cool, so my legs are comfortable and not doing their crazy hot/cool dance throughout the night anymore. My Apple watch (along with Oura ring) are tracking a much calmer, better quality sleep. Who knew this could improve our sleep so significantly? If you've tried everything---including melatonin, l-theanine, magnesium glycinate, behavioral changes (avoiding caffeine and blue light, workouts in the evening) and still struggling with sleep quality, this may be the thing that makes the difference. Also, this design with fans is a lot less messy than the water version; the thought of potential long-term mold/mildew inside the water hoses was a dealbreaker for me. There's also one with a hose sticking out that's such an eyesore. The Perfectly Snug is better aesthetically, it is low maintenance, and is incredibly effective, making it an easy choice.

It truly cools me without me even know when I need it. Only occasionally do I get hot before it catches up with me but then I just hit a button and it goes full cool off mode to catch me up. I also have it set to be warm when I go to bed because somehow I don’t go to bed hot so it’s much more comfy that way.
Helpful customer service because the WiFi set up was a little tricky for me. The app isn’t 100%user friendly easy until you figure it out but not bad.

I love my perfectly snug. Im so glad I heard about it through a radio show. It has been a lifesaver. I can sleep comfortably without having to turn my air down. Saves me money and no extra stuff to do. Just plug it in and go. No water to refill. No cleaning a system. Nothing sitting out on the floor that looks ugly and not tripping hazard. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you!!! Well done!!!

I like the air flow but it goes off middle of the night and I can’t seem to find one set of temps to put in the app to make me comfortable all night. Since you can only change temp twice throughout the night in the app, I use the buttons but don’t like to have to wake up enough to do that.

I tried BedJet before this solution and this is way better for Menopause hot flashes as it cools the mattress side of me.
