Products not good and no customer service

One star because I can't go lower. Faulty pen. Communicated with them, sent pictures and videos and they arranged to send out another.....again faulty. Told me they had tested the pen prior to sending so basically calling me a liar. Was told to use needles so the solution didn't go to waste!! I paid over £200 for this as they sold it as a re-usable pen and were selling replacement cartridges. Funnily enough two weeks later both the pen and the cartridges are no longer for sale.

Afwul company received my order placed straight in fridge as did not need for 2 weeks when taken out realised their was no vile in pen contacted them and because i did not contact them within 24hours they would not do a thing like I explained to them if i was trying it on would have done straight away not waited got refund off credit card and they have lost a customer

AVOID! i have been using peptides for a very long time now and i know exactly how i feel following a dose. the first dose i did from the vile did absolutely zero! not even a very tiny bit of suppression, just absolutely nothing. i contacted them via email and received a hostile response where they got angry and then shut down the complaint without any resolution. i was so shocked at how they handled someone complaining. not professional at all. they claim their product is genuine and pure but the proof is in the pudding with me as i have gone from good suppression last week on my old supplier to absolutely done once i used this companies

Total scam, avoid avoid avoid. Go to GLP 1 forum and purchase from trusted sellers. This website is awful. They do not reply to emails, what’s app. Nothing.

I have been absolutely ghosted for the past week since I sent a complaint about the pen not working as intended.

I’ve tried contacting them through both email and WhatsApp and have received absolutely no response. On WhatsApp, you can clearly see that the messages have been delivered, yet they’ve still chosen not to respond.

I’d advise anyone who actually wants a quick response to their queries or issues to go elsewhere, like Peptology Labs, because from my experience, the moment you raise a complaint about a faulty product, they completely ghost you.

Really poor customer service.

I ordered from Peptides4u on 29 August 2026. The original green Quick Pen V2 did not appear to function correctly, so I contacted them on 7 September and provided the video they requested.

After several follow-ups, they eventually agreed to send a replacement. That replacement arrived on 17 September, but when I tested it, it had the same reported problem with the pressing mechanism.

On 28 September I requested a refund rather than another replacement and asked for prepaid return instructions if they wanted the pens returned. I also supplied further evidence and explained that the comparison video I sent was deliberately showing another pen functioning normally.

Despite the amount of correspondence and evidence already provided, the matter has still not been substantively resolved and I have had to keep chasing.

The most frustrating part has been the repeated requests and lack of a clear resolution after I had already cooperated with their troubleshooting process.

Hi, have ordered twice from this company, and happy both times. The website is user friendly, and as I was unsure about the dosage etc. I emailed and got a reply with full instructions the next day. You get what you order. If you order a stall vial, that’s what you get. There is a peptide calculator on the website. My only bugbear is that the website went down recently, and the payment system went down.
They are legit, and so far I’ve had no real problems.

I have used peptides 4 u a few times now and I'm very happy with the products. Always fast delivery and competitive prices compared past companies i have baught from.

Pretty sure this company is a scam, husband paid £150 after a recommendation 15 weeks weight loss plan, it arrived today a tiny bottle, no instructions or packaging, 2 bottles of peptides, he has no idea what to do or how much to administer. No contact. No refunds. Avoid at all costs
