Ordered and received the next day. Very happy with service and product.

Fast delivery was like next day and really great company to use. I was worried at first you no what its like buying things from a new sites but perfect experience

Website is straight forward enough however despite ordering before 2 o’clock did not get same day dispatch. Had to message several times including following up to be given a tracking number which then wasn’t dropped off at the post office for another few days. I would have been a lot more receptive to just an honest update saying there’s been a delay for whatever reason. That having been said the item did arrive (albeit late and the lies about delivery) and it seems legit on the face of it. Would encourage customer service to take this feedback on board.

did not purchase anything but when i was checking out it wanted to redirect me to my banking app which is very fishy. I would say this is a scam!!

I was disappointed with my order. I specifically purchased a 20mg vial of Reta, but instead received two separate 10mg vials. This was not what I ordered or what I needed.

In addition, I ordered 10ml of Bac Water but only received a 2ml vial.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that the missing 10ml Bac Water would be sent to me. Unfortunately, I never received it, and the issue was never properly resolved.

While mistakes can happen, I expected the order to match what was advertised and for the promised solution to be followed through. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The lack of accuracy and customer support was very disappointing.

They’re fast, friendly, and actually solve things instead of just replying for the sake of it. Top service.

These guys were quick with their delivery and support. Got my order missed but they did fast with the replacement and gave a dc code. Very nice service

Shipping was fast but once I had prepped the vial the product was cloudy meaning it was not useable. Luckily I only ordered a small amount to test but I will not be ordering more as the quality is clearly not there.

I recently received my RT10 retatrutide order and would like to request the documentation associated with the batch supplied.

Could you please provide
* The batch number for the vial I received
* The Certificate of Analysis corresponding to that specific batch
* Details of the laboratory that performed the testing
* Any purity, identity, sterility, endotoxin, or analytical testing results available for this batch

I noticed that the vial and shipment did not include any batch identification or documentation, so I am unable to verify that the COA available on your website corresponds to the product I received.

I would appreciate any information you can provide regarding traceability and quality control for my order.

They sell fake products. I've personally tested them and the purity isn't what they advertise it at.
