CRUELLY SCAMMED by PEPLOBIO and their criminal partner AGTESTING (see horror stories on TP) who book their tests . 2 day results received 11 days later. MASSIVE DISTRESS TO MUM and family who had to quarantine unnecessarily for 9 extra days.
HOW DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK?

Sent many emails also asking for compensation. They blame each other, but not offering refund . PLEASE ADVISE. THANK YOU

Booked a 2 day test which cost £74.99 on 26th December. Test arrived on 30th December and I posted it back on the same day. It is now 4th January and still haven't been notified of the results!!!! Yet they state on their website results would be sent out within 48 hours!
I've been isolating since I arrived home from Spain for 9 days now. Shocking service!!!!

Very bad services it's been 6days and till now I didn't get my result . Very slow n poor.

Extremely poor customer service. Their phone lines doesn’t work and they don’t reply to emails. I’ve been waiting for my day 2 tests for 4 days now and there is still no sign of it. I would recommend you to avoid this company if you don’t want to pay a fortune for tests that never arrive.

Despite the fact that I am a key worker they processed my sample and not that of my husband. It is day 5 now since when I arrive in UK and still my husband has no result. Delay also due to reliance on Royal Mail track. I implored to help. We also have a small child.

Missed all deadlines on shipping.
Website promised quick turnaround, but it's day 4 and they just shipped the test kit. So my "day 2" test more likely becomes a "week 2" test.
Just horrible.

I arrived in the Uk on the 23rd of December and my tests were delivered on time. I cannot fault them on that. My husband and I did our PCR test on the 24th of December as he arrived late on The 23rd of December. Posted our tests on the 24th of December at 9:57am in the priority post box when the last collection was due to be collected at 11:30am.

It’s now the evening of the 26th of December and we’re still in isolation and waiting for our results. We have also emailed the help email address as per the website and still no answer. I realise that it’s a public holiday but someone should be monitoring the inbox to at least advise us when to expect our results or that the tests have been received. We are only here until the 05 January 2022 and would like to be able to go out and explore a bit.

Great costumer service, sent various emails and was able to get a very fast reply (no longer than an hour). Results took 3 days to arrive. Will definitely use again when needed. Thank you

Excellent service!!
I left it a bit late to do my PCR before flying so was in constant contact with customer services to make sure they received it in the lab, tested it quickly and sent me fit-to-fly. Customer service were responsive and helpful throughout! Everyone's test will be the same- the difference between providers is only customer service, and these guys were excellent. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again.

I returned on Monday night from Tenerife and my package was ready for me for when I got home on Tuesday. NOTE TO SELF : READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE POSTING.
I was eager to get the kit done and dusted so I could return back to work, however due to my stupidity I forgot to put the test back in the box and had sealed the bag and put it in the post box.
Luckily, shortly after posting a realised what I had done and had to wait the next day for my post man to return it to me. Once packaged properly, I posted again. No problem now right?, WRONG!, I forgot to register the kit *silently screaming inside*
Thankfully, I was able to contact the team via email; as by the time I realised this (7-8pm), the lines had closed.
Jemima was awesome, even though it was late (bless) she was able to register my kit from my details and got it all done for me.

Last night at around 10 ish, I got my results. So even after what seemed like a sequence of stupidity, ignorance and carelessness on my behalf ; Jemima was able to sort it all out for me and I am so thankful for her help during that time. I would definitely recommend this company. As I only needed a PCR test it was one of the better priced and reviewed companies that I looked at. The NHS list is not reliable but you can use it to search for each company, then again... just use peplo lol

Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered a Lateral Flow Test but then due to a change in government policy had to switch to a PCR. Peplobio amended my order and refunded my first charge immediately with no hassle. The PCR test kit was very easy to use and the online activation was simple to follow. My result came through in just under 12 hours, within their published time frame. The whole experience was extremely efficient.

Peplobio were very helpful and efficient. We had ordered flow tests only to find the rules had changed and we needed PCR tests. They very efficiently refunded the flow test and posted PCRs to us instead.
The test kit was very easy to use, as was the online activation, and the result came through within 12 hours from when they received it.
Very efficient service and would definitely use again.

PeploBio Customer Service is really responsive and helpful. They helped me to go after Royal Mail for the missed samples. They also kept me updated on the process

I am a frequent flyer and very impatient at times so I have made mistakes with sending my testS in the past and not been able to find them but Peplobio customer services went out of their way to trace it and send my results. No other company had done this before and their support has been very much appreciated.

received "activated successfully" 27 NOV 21 but no certificate, resulting in being chased by NHS.... it is now 03 Dec 21 and still in the same situation.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you very much for the great and punctual service you have provided for me and my wife.
With the annoyance of this virus at least there are services like the ones you provide that go above and beyond.
I can only say that our spirits were lifted receiving our (thank goodness) negative response a mere 4 hours later. This was more than I could have hoped for and now means we can continue to enjoy our brief stay with my family.
Having been away for over 2 years due to Covid-19, the time we have this week is precious and I thank you all so much for your service and help.
I shall recommend your services to everyone I know who plans to travel to England.

Fantastic customer service. Ordered the lateral flow day 2 however government changed the rules to PCR. Contacted Peplobio, who responded very quickly with instructions on getting a refund. Replacement PCR test also arrived very quickly. Highly recommend.

Found the form a little difficult to fill out and phoned for help. Jack answered promptly and helped out. Then found that I was unable to download the photos of our tests. Phoned Jack again and he tried from his end and found that it was a glitch on the form. He then told us that we should download the photo onto an email marked for his attention and then write out the form on the email. This was successful but feel that the form should be made easier for us ol' farts to fill out!
