A transfer service that kept me in the know
The pension transfer service was great. The app has a timeline so you know what to expect, what stages there are in the process and what stage you're at specifically. They also email you throughout with updates, letting you know there's someone there if you have questions.
Personally, the app tracking was sufficient so I didn't need to contact anyone directly.
The process was very quick, I'm sure under 2 weeks and now I can see the full amount and any progress quite easily.
I will use them again for a larger old pension, and would certainly recommend them to others.

My first phone call
My first phone call, to enquire about transferring my various pensions from employment was very positive the guy I spoke to was so informing, the transition was seamless, and literally within 3 weeks all my pensions from various companies was completed and now being invested with positive numbers, the app is very well set up and simple to access, so pension bee has given me confidence for my future financial security 😀

Hard work
Hard work! Takes forever to sort anything with these lot only wanted to change a phone number and I was in a lengthy conversation via email and it’s still not changed!
