My experience with pelican migration consultants has been one of the best decisions I have made for my Canada PR journey.from the very begining the team was professional , transparent and extremely knowledgeable about the migration process. I had an excellent experience with pelican migration consultants while applying for my Canadian permanent residency. Shamil, my case manager and consultant miss Katrina where both Incredibly helpful and supportive though out the entire process . They were always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how small , and guided me every step of the way.

I regret to share my unsatisfactory experience with Pelican Migration Consultants regarding my Canadian immigration process. Initially, I was provided with incomplete and misleading information about my eligibility, particularly concerning the required IELTS scores and CRS points for Express Entry.

I was informed that an overall IELTS score of 6 would be sufficient, and my chances were described as "very high." However, after independently verifying the information, I discovered that I needed specific scores (8777) to significantly increase my CRS points, which turned out to be much lower than expected (337). This information was never communicated to me upfront, and had I known, I would not have proceeded with Pelican.

When I raised these concerns, the responses changed, suggesting that I should aim for higher IELTS scores or rely on the possibility of a provincial nomination – a risk I am not willing to take, especially as a father of three.

Additionally, they took AED 3,150 from me but provided no service at all. When I requested a refund, their response was that the contract stated no refunds. In my communication with them, I clarified that I do not want to base my and my children’s future on Hypotheses and probabilities and I know that achieving an IELTS score of 8777 is not easy. I also realized that my actual CRS score was only 337, which Pelican should have informed me about before starting the process. If this information had been provided earlier, I would not have proceeded at all.

I hope my review helps others make an informed decision. Transparency and clear guidance are essential when it comes to such an important process as immigration, and unfortunately, my experience with Pelican did not reflect that.

I would say pelican migration consultants is one of the best and most trusted immigration consultants in Dubai. They clearly informed me that I am not eligible for Canada PR process based on my age and educational qualification. Pelican Migration Consultants is so professional and trustworthy when it comes to provide information regarding Canada Express Entry program. I went to three immigration consultancies in Business Bay and accidentally I found Pelican Migration Consultants when I was searching for a different immigration consultancy address in the same locality. I went to Pelican to meet Mr. Prabhath and he immediately told me I was not eligible.
I have done some research in to the Canadian Migration and I have taken my IELTS exam and got 7, 7.5, 8 and 5.5 for reading.
The three consultancies told me we can apply your profile for Atlantic pilot program which again needs job offer and so on. I was sure that they were playing up on my interest to migrate to Canada. Prabhath was so keen in providing all the information about Canada PR and he also took time to give me an assessment for Australia and New Zealand. He promised me that Pelican can provide free IELTS sessions which can help me improve my reading scores. I paid a reasonable registration fee for them to initiate the process.
I have a small request for every one who goes to these so called immigration consultancies in Middle East. Go for consultancies like Pelican Migration who do not provide sugar coated promises and visa guarantee in 5 to 8 months. Come on even if you are having 470 CRS score - WES, IELTS, Express entry, ITA and document review will take minimum 10 months. Thank you Prabhath and thanks Pelican for being so honest.
