I was so traumatised by the unprofessionalism of Cosmos Immigration that I could not bring myself to write this review until now, seven months later. I would give zero stars if possible. My experience with this agency has been nothing short of a nightmare. I cannot believe the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by this agency. Here’s a summary of everything that went wrong:

- **Massive delays**: For the first month, absolutely nothing was done on my application. The whole process should have taken a week, but it dragged on unnecessarily. The timeline provided was completely ignored.

- **Incorrect and misleading documentation**: When I finally received the documents, they were full of misinformation, not in line with what I had requested to be included and I had provided all the accurate personal info. The details I provided were also ignored, and the paperwork was not even close to what was needed for the IMMI application.

- **Lack of communication**: I had to constantly chase after them, sending emails, making calls, and leaving messages asking for updates. Despite this, the team failed to follow the promised timeline, and I got no answers to my repeated questions and it took them over 2 months to give me forms full of misinformation/ broken English/ name mistakes/ lack of information. FOR A SIMPLE VISIT VISA APPLICATION.

- **Unprofessional quality of work**: Even after all the delays, the final work wasn’t professional and definitely not acceptable for submission.

- **Fake travel insurance and tickets**: I was forced to pay for travel insurance, which turned out to be fake. The travel tickets provided were also fake, which is not only unethical but illegal. To make matters worse, we never asked for travel insurance, and it wasn’t required for the IMMI application.

- **Fake promise of MARA agent review**: I was promised that my application would be reviewed by a MARA agent. This never happened. Despite multiple requests for confirmation, I never received any proof or email to show that this review was ever conducted.

- **Lack of immigration knowledge**: The team has shown a complete lack of knowledge that any real immigration agent would possess. Every time I reached out for help, I received no answers or guidance, which only added to the frustration.

Given how unprofessional and unethical their practices are, I will be filing a formal case against this agency. I will also be seeking a full refund for the services that were never rendered. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this agency at all cost.

I hope everyone reads this message, beware of this company. After applying and paying, they do not respond to your calls, the best things you do guys just open a complaint through police to raise this issue to the court

I had you know, good experience dealing with Cosmos Immigration. Their service quality made sure all the doubts in my mind got cleared,. The explanations they gave at me were in  great manner, Their patience in the whole process was decent, and in the end, working with them was like enjoyable. So, Its a good company anyhow.
