This is the first time I have used an online game as part of a marketing campaign and it was something I was really excited about, having worked in digital marketing for a number of years.

The support from Ahmad throughout the process was second to none. Answering my (many!) questions in a prompt and efficient manner, supporting our requests to change the name and game lockup to tie in with our campaign and being on hand whenever we needed him. Often these requests and emails go into a support ticket system and take time to be reviewed, however, Ahmad was on the end of the phone and email each time.

Onto the game and the product. Great to use, simple, step-by-step process to change in-game assets and copy. It's very straightforward to use and I liked the game preview feature so you can evaluate your amends. It's very satisfying to see the game take shape and come together.

I enjoyed the emails from the Peek and Poke team, with handy hints and tips. The tone of voice is humorous and helpful, not dry and boring!

Pressing the big red button to launch the game was very satisfying!

Would I recommend Ahmad and the Peek and Poke Team and products? 100% yes - I'm already thinking ahead to the next campaign which we can support with an online game.
