We did book the service (and paid), received a booking confirmation and after that they didn't show up at the gate. Do not respond and are unreachable. So don't book for arrival/departure for Perth!!

Booked Pearl assist for Casablanca departure, VIP service. The welcoming person was struggling explaining to the police why we should fast track, the lounge is extremely crap (food is ridiculous) and going to the plane? We were escorted by the agent who showed us that we should queue "there"...What about fast track? No idea. Paid more than 300 usd for my family I will never ever pay again for this crap. Stay AWAY at all cost

Booked it for Hurghada. Not only where they totally unable to tell me how this works, after I have placed the order. There was noone from them at the airport on my departure. Now I am trying to get mynmoney back. Stay away from them, find other alternatives.
