Seamless, friendly and professional from start to finish! We were met with a smiling, welcoming face as soon as we stepped inside the airport. We will be using this service every time thank you again.

Could not fault. Paid for fast pass through Marrakech airport on departure. Excellent service from the whole team. Help throughout with contact via WhatsApp number provided. Lounge facility not used but provision of transit to gate definitely a lot quicker and less stressful. 3 hours, when we arrived tired from our flight in, compared to 5 minutes. Bad reviews certainly not my experience. Coming to Marrakech again would definitely use, for arrival and departure. Not cheap but value for money.

Used Pearl Assist's service for both arrival at and departure from Sharm el Sheikh, knowing that the airport can be an absolute nightmare to navigate with long queues and rude officials.

On arrival we were greeted by two uniformed staff as the bus from the plane arrived at the airside terminal doors. They whisked us through immigration and we had collected our luggage and were in the taxi only 20 mins from landing.

On the way back we were again met by two uniformed staff at the terminal entrance, fast tracked through check in and numerous security checks and were sitting in departures within 20 mins after arriving.

I would certainly use the service again.

I was worried this was a big scam having read some of the reviews on here, so just wanted to share my experience yesterday flying from RAK to LTN. The desk was attended by two people, I was on their list, and I went through the airport with a concierge in about 30 minutes. Marrakesh airport can be a nightmare, so I felt it money well spent!

Purchased Meet & Assist Sharm El Sheikh for a hectic late night departure for myself, wife and 2 infants. I was greeted outside of the terminal 1 departure building with a name board where a trolley and 2 staff members (1 male and 1 female) took my passport and all our luggage inc. hand luggage and we only had to wheel our youngest in his pram. We queue jumped 4 X Ray Scanners, Bag Drop and Check-In where our luggage was overweight was disregarded, Immigration at VIP counter with the 2 Star Senior Official who spoke excellent English and was jovial with our children, all the forms were completed by the staff members on our behalf and then we cleared one final X Ray Scanner to take us to departure side which they could not enter and we did not have to remove any shoes, jewellery or empty milk bottles we filled for our children in the hotel. The whole process took around 25 minutes and is a no brainer as we did not have to deal with the stress of this airport.

Upon reaching the terminal gate area, I realised we were missing a bag that contained the toddler pillows and infant blankets for the night flight, I took the lift to the 2nd floor Pearl Lounge in and was greeted by the lovely Bessant at the entrance of the lounge, I explained we had lost a bag on the way and described what it would look like, I left the lounge to do some shopping and within 15 minutes I had a whatsapp message from Bessant at Pearl Lounge telling me they had found my bag, they came to me and escorted me to the final X ray area where security handed over the missed bag and I was able to continue my journey.

I had read some worrying reports of getting through Sharm airport so with an early morning departure and a tired toddler I decided to try this service to ease the process.
I’m so glad I did!
I didn’t catch the name of the lady who supported me through the process but having her greet me from the entrance to handing me over at the gate was amazing.
She was incredibly courteous and answered any queries, and then managed to get us through all security checks like a hot knife through butter!
On top of that she even did the form I would need to fill out in Cairo for me.
Would 100% recommend this service

Menerna Marrakech - paid for assist plus, we was guided through the checks and delivered into the lounge, Pearl assist should be ashamed at the price they offer this service, I’ve been to lounges all around the world and this is far the worst. Food consists of branflakes, a local (very dry) sweet bread and 3 dry small pastries (not each, total on display). You could help yourself to soda and water, coffee you had to stand around and wait for, the lady (on her own) to come and serve but she was cleaning tables etc. save your money and spend elsewhere in the terminal.

We booked pearl assist for departure from sharm el sheikh and it was worth every penny. It was excellent service from the minute we were met off the coach. We would 100% recommend and use again without hesitation. I really don't know why there are so many bad reviews.

Travelled through Sharm airport many times without issue. Travelling alone with my daughter who has anxiety so decided to give this a try. The escort did everything at every point including filing in out exit visa. It is Dharm so there were minor hold ups but staff were friendly and we were processed first throughout. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with additional needs, families with young children and nervous travellers.

This is the worst lounge in an airport i have been to (Pearl Napoli Airport). The staff is simply rude, careless and they dont give a damn **** about their jobs especially the lady who is handling entering, organizing and exiting. She is in her 40s and unfortunately i did not catch her name. She is simply a terrible person and can never represent any company and never a service. She was literally screaming while talking, we entered and there was a few number of people and as u do in any empty lounge u would extend ur legs till someone comes to give them space. Out of the blue she came screaming at us because she needs to prepare space for new people coming, bot even a polite request but literally screaming and she made a scene out of that. While exiting we spent more hours than our allowance which we did not notice so the barcode did not work for exiting, instead of telling us her colleague simply opened for us without explaining the situation, so we went out because they opened the gate. That same lady got out of her chair and made a scene as if we were sneaking out and she started screaming that we did not pay the extra hours (which her colleague said nothing about) so we asked politely what are the extra hours, she continued screaming and behaving in an attitude that she is there to save the place from people sneaking out and we have to pay, because we were in a rush we paid exactly what she said without reviewing what she said. We reached our gate and we realized that what she said is a lie and we spent less hours and she basically screamed to make more money from us. This is by far the worst kost humiliating place i have ever been to in an airport. People like her should be checked first for their behavior before getting a direct interface with international people in a service industry. I will not even mention the food quality, the rest of the service or the overall organization of the place.

I think this the worst service you can have. When we where back from RAK to PAR, nobody was here, nobody at the Pearl DESK and nobody at the company registry. We try to join them by phone, locally and internationaly, but nobody respond. We loose to more time to wait them, and then we do the queue with a lot of people without fgast track and it's a miracle we catch our plane. After this I wrote , call, a lot of time without any answer and never been refund of our 560 Eur paid for the assistance at the return. If you want to save money, time ans save stress , don't try PEARL ASSIST, it's not a service it's a nightmare...

This is a scam. I booked two meet & greets for Narita airport and nobody showed up. There’s no contact number to call. Just one email address to contact. After multiple emails I got a response from Salwa Ettreiki (same email) asking me to verify order because apparently they had no record of it. After I sent her THEIR OWN email confirmation with order number I never heard from them again. They charged me, did not show up, and stopped replying to emails.

Save your money.

Avoid at all cost.

This is so terrible. I was strange that there was no contact number for pearl assist web site. However, what i've heard about pearl assist service is that it is famous all over the world, so i tried to believe. And today, terrible situation happened... nobody came..to support transfer and i believe nobody will com arrival airport.. How it can be happened in 21st century.. i will never use this website anymore...how trash website and service it is!!

I booked a prepaid Silver Meet and Greet Service at Departure Dubai Airport terminal-1. There is no contact details on their website, No agent was there when we arrived at airport. Contacted Pearl Assist via email and contact Form on their Website several time and asked for refund but no response.

This is a fraudulent operation and I am claiming back the money I paid for assistance through Marrakech airport from my credit card issuer. DO NOT USE.

Booked and prepaid a Meet & Greet Fast Track Service in Arrival at Marrakesh Airport. No agent there when we arrived. Contacted Pearl Assist via email and contact Form on their Website and asked for refund, no answer.

On arrival into Enfidha no one was there to meet my husband and myself. We asked other staff who didn't seem to know what we were talking about. Tried to contact Pearl with no reply have asked for refund with no reply.
On departure 14/10/22 it was a totally different experience took 5mins and in lounge.
Explained about what had happened and they were so apologetic. Pearl use Primeclass at Enfidha so obviously they had been given the incorrect information.

Rip-off!! Fruedalent site that will steal your money and not provide any service. No customer support number or answer via their online contact form regarding why I was not met as confirmed by them after paying a $100 online.

Not a pleasant experience from pearl assist Abu Dhabi… Utter disappointment!! Cannot believe this has occurred in-spite of providing all relevant information they need at time of booking.
The ( meet & greet team ) terribly failed to trace the passenger ? Their location? after arrival, which flight ? , terminal ? and time ?
Even after doing the blunder they don’t apologize , they try to call put blame on the passenger / booking ?? What a shame !!
I will not recommend to anyone to use their service , this is truly unbelievable, The amount of stress and trauma the passenger had went through being left alone inside the airport is truly beyond words. For what we avail this kind of service ?? Disappointed 😢
