the fabric quality is so bad that you need to give back the product and after that they give you gift card which can be only used to there website pathetic service

Such a bad app .. no proper response and you won't even get the refund after returning the dress.. you get a gift card...so forcibly you have to buy a dress from them even you you don't want to.
Mera paisa bhi gaya..aur buy karne koi achha dress hai bhi nahi is app mein .. don't use this app ..refund policy is very bad

Very poor return pick up policy.
Some sort of cheating I guess.
So before purchase make sure you don’t need to return. You will lose money.

Never seen such website in my life make us confused and again there is no refund and product quality is too bad never seen such bad quality product...
If we raise a request for refund they will send a gift card..In that case we have to order again as we don't have any other option in that purchase also I got a poor quality product...I recommend not to shop in this website 😔 worst experience ever..

This saree is very oldish type and not vibrant like the picture

It has no clear refund policy. only returns policy. Why giving gift code when we are not interested in dealing with you. Big shopping sites like amazon, flipcart n meesho has Open refund policies hence big no. of peoples are crazy for them. I read reviews after purchasing wrong item. If I read it earlier I did never go for it.

Also taking shipping charges and need to pay courier charges

If there’s negative ratings like-1, -2, -3 rating I would have given-1000 rating.. they are not giving good quality products on topup to that not even refunding the amount.. Such a scammer company.. please do not entertain with people money.. u don’t even know how people are struggling to earn but by showing colourful photos don’t cheat us

Very bad peachmode shop no refund I have lost my money ab kbhi bhi peachmode shop kuch nahi longe aise shop ko to block kar dena chahiye fraud company

I have purchased 2 sarees in rs 1599+1599 for both,I have returned 1 saree because of quality not expected as I thaught . But they are not refunding me rs1599. They have provided me gift code and saying me you purchase with thi gift code. I don't want to purchase,but they are forcing me purchase me from this code only. Refund policy is very bad. I want to say don't use this website 🙏😭

I hv bought product and since it was not of quality i had returned it..some wallet balance of 2029rs was added to my account with full life time validity...
Few days back when I checked on my account no balance was shown although I hv not yet consumed my wallet money ..when I wrote mail n called customer care they are saying our software was updated and now wallet money concept doesn't exist any more..we can't help you...they are saying they hv notified their customers about the same..on other side i hv not received any single msg or notification from peachmode about my wallet money expiration..it's not my fault that their system is upgraded..it was their complete responsibility to notify me or else they should hv refunded my money..these people are fraud....they just make money out of us...worst experience

Peachmode.com.is fake website. No refund mone. So. All. Are request to complaint in consumer court. Don't buy from it

Worst ever website. They are so rude in dealing with the customers. They send you products that do not match the specifications and products that are below par in quality. They have the audacity to even tell that we should have read the policies before placing the order. They don't even have a refund policy and have only store credit option which is worse than any. Please do not buy from them.

The material I purchased was of such a bad quality that my tailor asked me to throw it away rather than spend more money for stitching. Be careful
