They saved my beautiful soul mate my German shepherd girl we had to have emergency surgery as she had pyometri we was so worried, all the staff was lovely the vet explained everything to us and we left feeling that she was in good hands, she came through it and came home and we was beyond thankful, we had aftercare and nothing was too much from start to finish we was happy with pdsa, the price was a lot to find specially on the day as we wasn’t expecting this to happen and we had to find it that day I wish they would compromise and maybe help during a difficult time to be able to do payment plans, we found the money but if we didn’t have it it would have been Even more worry, but tbh it was cheaper then going to a private vets by a few hundred pounds so we are very thankful, my dog was cared for very well and we are very thankful to ALL the staff from the reception to the helpers and the skilled vets :) thank you ALL so much for helping and saving my beautiful girl!

Wonderful, if places like this didn't exist a lot of people would be struggling to get help for their beloved pets myself included! I have only started using the PDSA this year after my local vets put up prices by quite a hefty amount which meant I just couldn't afford to take her for medication that she needs! WELL DONE PDSA, for caring more about animals than money! I for one applaud you and thank you for caring!

Lack interest, not listening, not instructed on medication application, XL bully out of control with aggressive barking and applying fear with other animals and humans clients XL bully dog waiting next to cat waiting area, both owners was smiling and laughing regards to the fear and uncomfortable situations caused.

Fantastic, friendly and professional team. The team are always happy to help, and greatful when a contribution is made. Their service/treatments and advice is so much appreciated.

The PDSA hospital have been great with my dog who has epilepsy. They are there for support and make sure they give my dog the best chance of managing his seizures. I am so thankful for the PDSA and their team.

Thank you to the wonderful vet who called me today to make appts for my dogs various upcoming things including vaccines. I cried when I ended the call from relief. (Thankfully shes not ill by the way) its just being abe to co ordinate her care is very important to me as a single disabled dog mum coming from a private vet and struggling to feeling that my dog will get access to affordable treatment which I held off doing for 2 yrs because I didn't want to pressure the system and I feel that i chose to get a dog so Its my responsibility. I thank yoi so much from the bottom of my heart.

Find making an appointment extremely difficult but however once in the staff and service was great.

Staff at shamrock street are amazing and helpful and empathetic I don’t know what I would do without them, THANK YOU 🤗

Great staff, location and service. Sometimes a bit of a wait but appreciate its always very busy.
