An overpayment of £183 was taken from…
An overpayment of £183 was taken from my bank account. Despite making contact with the team and I was informed that within ten days my account would reimbursed. This has happened. I sent an email to this effect but there was no acknowledgement of my email. I just want my money back.

Am very satisfied with the payment procedure given, but I advise that the date of payment should be adjusted to the 28th of every month rather than the 25th of the monthly installment given when using the service. Thks
