I ordered a dress on line June 13 not received…
I ordered a dress on line June 13 still have not received it. They sent me the tracking number but when i put it in says not found. I have written to customer service many time and get the same form letter answer with the tracking number and website, which don't work. I have sent a complaint to FTC I believe this company is a fraud.

This page is a fraud. Description of the items is incorrect. I ordered the heavy duty storage bags. I got some flimsy plastic bags five it says buy three get two free and now I’m trying to contact them to get a refund to return and they’re giving me the runaround I don’t recommend this page to no one to purchase any items. When they do respond to your email, it’s not even pertaining to what you are complaining about. This is bad business I rate it -0 and will never buy anything from them again.

Wrong size bags sent!
Wrong size bags sent. I ordered the large clear storage bags to reorganize my garage & received small bags instead that can maybe hold toiletries. I requested a refund via email or the correct items I ordered sent since there isn't a number listed for customer service, but haven't received a response yet. So disappointed!

The hat does what it promises - BUT
The hat does what it promises. It fit well and is very foldable. I only gave it an average because the first time I wore it, the elastic sewn into the band to hold the chin strap broke as I was wearing it. I can mend it, but for the price, the quality control should be a little better.

The bags I received are not what I ordered. They are so small I could barely fit anything in them. I waited weeks for these bags because I'm moving out of state and now I have to purchase moving boxes because of this false advertisement. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!
