First class customer service
I had a small issue with an item so I contacted customer service to see what my options were, Jemma replied almost immediately and within literally hours a replacement item was on its way to me. In a world where poor customer service has become the norm it was so refreshing to be treat to such a first class response
Exceptional Customer Service
I normally purchase Paul Smith clothing from a local retailer in Australia, but ordered a limited edition Oasis t shirt from the website. Unfortunately after a couple of cold washes the shirt shrank in cold wash no dryer, which has never happened before with PS clothes. I reached out to customer service who were amazing and after a few discussions online they offered to replace it and within a week I had a new one shipped from the UK to AUS. How can you fault that for excellent service. Although I like browsing in my local store and trying things on first, I would have no issues using the web store again. Love the clothing, love the service! Thanks

I was in the covent garden store looking to buy a bracelet for my birthday. the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and a lady called Simittra served me who was so nice and helpful happy and smiley just making such a good experience.

Jemma, the customer service rep was very helpful in searching for the linen blazer I was desperate to find. She was polite, attentive, accurate and prompt with her responses and with sending me the product.
Excellent Customer Service
I’ve bought many things from Paul Smith and usually the quality is excellent. The one item I did purchase that wasn’t great quality I reached out to support and they immediately replaced. Unfortunately the replacement also had quality issues and after speaking to Customer Support, they sorted out a return and refund. Handled excellently from the start.

Quality clothing and good company
Before shopping, I use Trustpilot for a nearly 4 1/2 star review that’s enough for me myself. I’ve ordered twice already. This business I would recommend and shop again. Wonderful service, quick delivery, and quality clothing. Website is easy to use. Hubby and I have a new ,com place to shop. PS-we havent rhad the need to returned anything.
Quality has dropped I think …
Have been a loyal customer of Paul Smith for a number of years. I feel there has been a loss of quality whilst prices have increased. Customer services are excellent however and responded to an issue I had with an item very positively and an outcome I was happy with. Just hope the previous expected level of quality product returns.

Excellent Customer Service
Paul Smith are one of the few clothing websites that still allow customers to contact their customer service department by telephone.
This makes resolving problems much quicker and easier.
Just recently I had to contact PS Customer service for help with an order. On this occasion I spoke with Natalie.
She was very polite and was happy to help. At the end of the call my problem had been resolved and later that day was followed up with an email confirming what we had discussed earlier.
Whenever I have contacted PS Customer service in the past it has always been a positive experience. Everyone that I have ever spoken to has been friendly, polite and eager to help. It must be a nice atmosphere to work in.

Had a great encounter with Carmel who also gave me very good advice on which size I should choose and why in the context of the look, the fabric, etc.... The Paul Smith light blue linen suit is beautiful and truly suits me. The shirt is gorgeous and both look great together, which Carmel with zero prompting also felt!

Kereine did an amazing job! She was prompt, friendly, and professional. She came up with a reasonable resolution and sent a replacement to me very quickly. I am very grateful and will enjoy these pieces with my Kensington suits. Paul Smith continues to be one of my favorite brands.
An Infinite Number of Stars for Dan!!!!!
Dan achieved an infinite amount of stars from what he did to acquire a classic Paul Smith women's white shirt for me. He matches Paul Smith's exquisite style. Unique and impossible to duplicate. That is what Dan for me to sleuth through the stock rooms to find the shirt. Totally admirable, like nothing anyone has done for me in the past.
I have a 25 year old Paul Smith shirt I have worn and worn to the point it is literally held together by my hand stitching. At 81, this white shirt will out last me, but I'll go out in style when I am no more!!!
Above and beyond
You just feel that the ethos at Paul Smith is that their customer service department really do want to help and take pleasure from that.
The second time I've asked for help - once replacing a stolen item and once replacing a long lost zip flyer. Both times, the response has been quick and personal; you're talking to a person not a chatbot. On both occasions they've solved the problem, either at a discounted price or for free.
I cannot speak highly enough of them and the service they provide. Just fantastic.

I had the try before you buy service well, it was 10 out of 10 for me. I bought a suit. I ordered 2 sizes to try on and picked the one that fitted the best very good quality.

J'ai relancé le service client semaine dernière sans réponse, et encore relancé aujourd'hui.
À 250€ un pull venant de Chine... Pas de qualité, que du marketing...
