If you want the job done right Adam is a carpet cleaner you definitely want to hire. I've had my carpet cleaned twice before and all it did was make it worse. My carpet was sticky from shampoo that was left in it which attracted more dirt. Adam fixed all the previous mistakes that others made and more. My carpet now looks brand new. No stains that my pets left throughout months. Adam was very knowledgeable and professional. My neighbors even hired him on the spot after seeing the results in my place. They have a carpet that's 15+ old and wanted to replace it, but after Adam's honest opinion, they let him work his magic and got at least a couple of more years of use. It's nice to meet someone who's honest in this trade. Thank you, Adam.

The company replied promptly to my enquiry about having a sofa and 6 dining chairs cleaned. Having looked at photographs I sent, they quoted a price and did the job the same week . They did an excellent job in a timely manner so much so I asked them to do another settee which now also looks like new . I can highly recommend this company to anyone .

Adam took time to understand the request for cleaning certain areas in the house. He spent time explaining options and pricing. He was very responsive to messages and there was not push to contract with him. After a few weeks when schedule allowed, I requested the appt and he carried out the work within the week. Carpet after tenant eviction was as we thought not possible to rescue. We have found Patty Plus throughout reviews, local recommendation and we booked them after short phonecall. Adam was honest and professional from the beginning however. He keep us on the ground with our expectations just to do unbelievable. Carpet was like new, or even better...
