Cost

The pricing was reasonable compared to other services I’ve used, especially considering the quality of service provided. I would highly recommend Patrick Egwu Transportation. The service is top-notch 👌

A wonderfully reliable service to…

A wonderfully reliable service to utilize. Easy to book. I had a question and the owner was responsive, helpful & friendly. I built in extra time just in case and our driver showed up early, which was a pleasant surprise. He was helpful, interactive, got my bags to the car and us to the hotel safely. I highly recommend the company.

Punctual and Reliable

I booked my journey from the airport to my hotel, and Patrick's service was both punctual and reliable. I've used this transport company several times, and their vehicles are well-maintained. Thank you for the stress-free travel experience

The car needs to show and the needs…

The car needs to show and there needs to be communication. No one answered the phone for me nor the hotel.
Cruise lines don't wait!!!!

The service was just 10 minutes late. There was a misunderstanding with the driver. We even offered to pay the extra costs incurred because of arranging an alternative for this client last minute. The whole situation only happened this morning. The customer has not even given us a chance to make amends, and he is already reviewing us adversly.

Great Service

Booked for terminal 3 pick up at Heathrow. The driver was there waiting on us when we arrived. Very friendly and helpful. Would book again.

Great as usual

The driver was a slob in open sandles and made me payh for parking whick I had aleady [paid on m y credit card YOU ARE A JOKE OF A SERVICE ANDS WILL LET ALL MY COLLEAUGES N\KNOW Also he was on his mobile

We apologise for the delay in initially responding to your query. Regarding your complaint about air-conditioning, the drivers should always put on their air-conditioning, and most of our drivers do not present in the manner in which you have described. We are sorry for your experience, and we believe that one incident only is not sufficient evidence to condemn our organisation. Occasionally, as in all other organisations, a particular individual may not follow the organisation's guidelines, thereby tarnishing the organisation's image.

On this occasion, we have now refunded your Car Park without questioning your complaint.

The service provided by Patrick Egwu for our airport transfer was very good. The driver was very polite and helpful. He helped load up the luggage of my party willingly and without being asked.
Car was very clean.

PS. Re 11/09/24 Airport Transfer: Patrick, poor rating given was the result of the poor lousy and rude service by your service driver. I am very certain that if you took the ride after a long long flight and encountered this driver you would have given the company a poor rating.

However, kudos to your 13/09/24 driver who managed to recover and reclaim your brand.

This was the first time we have used this company’s services and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Patrick, the owner, was very helpful during the entire booking process. We found him to be knowledgeable, personable, reliable and professional. His driver demonstrated the same qualities. We were very impressed with the entire experience!
