Loved my ride because it was so smooth and fast

Highly recommend because their was so much professionalism in their work for their manner of approach to their speeches(driver)

Another superb service, I needed to go straight from the airport to a party in a rural location outside of London. Patrick’s services were perfect yet again, getting me to and from a remote farmhouse and back to Heathrow for my return to New York. I couldn’t recommend his services more 👏

I’ve used them for years without a problem. This time, they never showed up. My flight was booked thru American Airlines and was operated by British. I only had the AA flight number which I gave when I booked. They sent me an email hours before pick up when I was mid flight to try to confirm the flight number but I had no email access. I booked a week prior so they had plenty of time to confirm with me and there was only one flight from Orlando landing at Gatwick at that time. Now they won’t refund me either direction as they are supposed to take me to the airport but I’d rather not use them. They say it was my fault. I have to say also that the Uber was a bigger car and cheaper. Their reply shows you their customer service MO. I’ve used you at least 8 times and this is my fault because emailing me hours before landing is appropriate because they pay for your air wifi(not). And still no refund. These guys not nice people. Move on. These are nasty individuals. Take my 300 pounds. You guys are just plain nasty and mean and refuse to refund even though it’s because of your incompetency. DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE.

Will definitely use this transport service again, punctuality to my destination,a relaxed experience that makes you feel like royalty.im glad I did try it.amazing!!!!! Kudos

Booked trips from Heathrow to London, and then return several days later. Also booked transport to and from several restaurants, one a good hour outside of London. Couple drivers were outsourced I believe, but two were with Patrick personally. There were minor blips - one driver cancelled on him last minute, but he had me a business Uber at my hotel instead within 5 minutes of original booking time, and others where road congestion around London had us running very mildly late, but made it to all stops in appropriate time. Most notably, for the transport outside of London, Patrick himself stayed in the area the full time, which was a long dinner that ended up running about a half hour longer than estimated. Then I realized ten minutes out I had forgotten my bag at the restaurant and had to go back. Patrick did all that with good humor and professionalism. Interesting conversation as well, but he also sensed when I had enough talking. I will use again if I return to London.

Characteristically, Mr. Egwu has responded via email with threats not to pay and also to pursue this via legal channels. As I said in my earlier review, he would rather expend funds in a court case than amicably resolve a pending 8-month unpaid wage. I have my evidences intact.

I was contacted by this business to manage its social media review platforms last year May 2025. For the first few months, we had a challenge of payments for service executed where Mr. Patrick Egwu (BusinessOwner) would breadcrumb payments that were to be made in bulk. These payments would also come after a load of hassles - calls, reminders, chats, etc. My last and final engagement on these terms was in September 2025 where he still owes me about £176. Since then, it’s been from one excuse to another why he can’t pay me. As usual, he will ignore and not pick calls or he would send me threats of how he won’t pay when I call or threaten to bully me because he says he has persons who can track and trace my whereabouts. He has also threatened that he would prefer to spend money for court proceedings with me than pay me my due benefits.

He is an expert at declaring himself innocent - look at the trend of his response on one-star reviews. And also an expert at calling others liars with ill-intent towards him. But I am not on a mission to tarnish his image, I just want to be paid my due sum.

For the last 8 months, Mr. Patrick Egwu has owed me with impunity and not cared to pay but continually given false deadlines and threaten me too. All other means to resolve this issue have failed and I have now made recourse to this medium.

Mr. Patrick Egwu, Kindly pay me now. Thank you

This is the best transportation company I have used in London so far. Top notch customer service and really polite drivers. I recommend this if you need transportation in London.

Driver was 20 minutes late for an airport drop off and didn’t even apologise
