I highly recommend Patlive to any law firm - solo or large
Patlive went through an extensive, hands on and personalized set up with me and worked with me - tweaking my script and set up until everything flowed perfectly. And they have been true to their word on billing which I have not always found to be the case with other services. I have a very high call volume and was concerned that I would not be able to stay within my calling plan- they reviewed my plan and calls so I could be confident that I was in the right plan. We registered for their free trial service, they wrote on their website you can try 14 days for free. After the setup, I can't find the things they promoted on the website about the features and capabilities. All things they promoted handled manually, they have not any web panel for managing your service.
Also, they charge you for any call they receive, it's mean they receive many calls not related to your business, they will charge you for nothing.
Finally after a few hours, decided to go for another service.
Their stupid email started from the next day, about setup the account, after some day,
about some calls we received at the number, we didn't use at all (they have a robot or some fake caller)
finally, after 2 weeks they sent the invoice and said you should pay for trial service you didn't use it at all.
They really changed the free trial service meaning on the internet.
After received many calls and email from them, I sent an email to them and asked, please stop sending and calling and terminate that stupid thing.
Someone from their company replied you should pay to cancel

Been with your company for years but still not handling our calls as wanted long periods of time callers are placed on hold for no reason just training issues. Sorry but I am terminating my Patlive services today! I hate giving a negative review but I got this the day I decided to terminate Patlive for poor service running up my charges.

Great service but very highly priced per month, unless you're going to be using it, make sure you got some money over $200/mo is very, very high price and you'll need at least 250 minutes to work your business incoming calls.
Wish it was cheap like around $130 but they've been gradually raising their prices if you cancel and opt back in you get the higher prices.
Good experienced at taking calls. You have to test to make sure your scripts and flow are being used correctly.
Also bots tend to call, so you got to have someone monitor it and tell them to block it...they need to have an automatic bot message blocking function for free. It's using our precious minutes

High Quality Service, But Expensive
Remarkably good at taking messages--high accuracy as far as getting caller information correct. And, unlike other services I've used, I don't get complaints from customers and prospects. Only drawback: The service is expensive. On a phone call basis, very expensive.
