I shopped around and chose PATLive
I tried another service (SAS) and while I was in their free trial period, I had such a bad experience that I switched to PATLive. I felt like my rep, Darla, cared about my business and wanted to make sure I felt like my company was in good hands. PATLive was a little more expensive, but I feel like SAS would have cost me more due to the quality of service. I highly recommend this company.

A great experience...
I just switched from another call answering service to PatLive and had a great experience! I worked with Matthew Garcia who is super personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the services that PatLive offers. Additionally PatLive is much more flexible and accommodating in terms of the scenarios they can handle. Based on my experience so far I can very highly recommend both Matthew and PatLive!

Matthew Garcia made the onboarding process very simple. Matthew is very thorough and communicated well the options available to make our employees daily workload more manageable without answering phones. I appreciated the follow-ups and check-in during the initial 30 days of service and after.
When going over the script it helped to have someone with experience to give suggestions as to how the agents would handle the calls specific to the nature of our business. THANKS Matthew!
Overall, our experience has been great thus far, a very simple and straight forward set-up which made the process at ease.
I would reccomend others to receiving services.

Great experience so far
My company has had a great experience with PATLive so far. Matthew Garcia, our onboarding specialist is amazing. Always prompt with responses and takes action fast. He looks out for the best interest of our company and makes it a point to resolve problems quickly. Overall, I am satisfied with them.

Billing Customer Service was great
Hi, I would like to give great feedback to one of your customer service agents. We had a billing concern that needed to be fixed and I was so pleased to have Edith help me with it. She was very familiar with how our situation worked, explained what would happen, and what she was doing to correct it. I asked her if she wouldn't mind following our case to make sure everything processed correctly and she was glad to do that for me. Kudos to Edith!!!
