You did not have the advertised item

You did not have the advertised item and you canceled the order. You gave me three alternatives to choose from, none of which matched the item I originally ordered. You did not refund my $600.00.

Bait & Switch and poor customer service

When I called to get additional information the rep was incapable of answering very basic questions (her English was very limited too). She promised to e-mail me responses and never did. I called a couple of days later and got everything answered immediately. I then ordered, but the 2-4 week delivery promised became an estimated 6-7 weeks just 2 days later. Still don't know when I will receive the pool furniture I hoped to use this summer. Seems like a case of Bait and Switch.

During our conversation, we discussed your concerns regarding the estimated ship date (ESD). I also wanted to provide you with the relevant section of our Shipping Policy for your reference.


Estimated Shipping Times
At the time an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent that includes the approximate lead time for the order. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may change based on product availability. Once the manufacturer accepts the order, we will notify you if the estimated shipping timeframe differs from the original estimate provided at checkout.


On June 17, 2026, after the manufacturer confirmed your order, we sent you an updated email advising that the estimated shipping date is July 15–20, 2026. As noted in that communication, this timeframe is provided by the manufacturer and remains subject to change. We also let you know that we would continue to keep you informed of any additional updates or tracking information as soon as it became available.

As promised, I have already reached out to the manufacturer on your behalf to request the most current status of your order. I understand you were hoping to receive your furniture before your wedding on June 18, 2026, and I completely understand how disappointing this has been for you. Please know that I will continue to monitor your order closely and will contact you as soon as I receive an update from the manufacturer. If you have any questions in the meantime, we are happy to assist you via Contact Us or you can call us toll free Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CDT at 888-761-4777.

The biggest issue wasn't just the…

The biggest issue wasn't just the shipping delay—it was the way the product was marketed. When I placed my order, the website advertised a shipping time of just a few weeks. As time went on, my expected ship date continued to be pushed back until the delay stretched to approximately three months. Even more frustrating, the website continued advertising the same short lead time while I was waiting for my order.

I was also repeatedly told that someone would contact the manufacturer and provide an update within a few days, but those follow-ups never came. I had to keep reaching out myself just to get basic information.

The pricing practices were equally concerning. The furniture I ordered was consistently advertised as being deeply discounted from a much higher "regular" price. During the entire time I was shopping—and even after I placed my order—it appeared to be perpetually on sale. That made me question whether the higher price was ever truly the regular selling price or whether it simply created the impression of a significant discount.

If you're considering ordering from PatioLiving, I recommend paying close attention to both the advertised shipping estimates and the pricing history before making a purchase. My experience was that the advertised lead times did not reflect the actual delivery timeline, and the constant "sale" pricing made it difficult to determine the product's true everyday value.

I think this website may be a scam

I think this website may be a scam. I ordered cushions in May for almost $3000 and was initially given a ship date of June 6. Then it was pushed back to July and now to August. I tried to call the customer service number provided and listed on the website and phone is not in service. They did not reply to my inquiry on their customer service form provided on website.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They do not stand behind their promised date. I ordered two large umbrellas (expensive) that were needed for the Fourth of July. They were promised June 23. We still do not have them and had to purchase 2 “expensive” umbrellas from a local source for the holiday. They will not cancel the order because they say it was a special order. No where on my receipt does it say special order. I will never purchase from them again.

That email also explained that the timeframe remained an estimate, could change, and that our team was available to assist with any questions. On June 26, 2026, you contacted our Customer Service team through Live Chat to request an update on your order. Our team immediately reached out to the manufacturer on your behalf. Later that same day, we emailed you with the latest information we had received, advising that the manufacturer was experiencing a slight delay and had provided a revised estimated ship date of July 10, 2026.
On July 1, 2026, you requested to cancel your order. Our Customer Service Supervisor also contacted you that day regarding your request. Because of the holiday week, many manufacturers closed early or are operating with limited staffing, which has delayed their response. We are actively working with the manufacturer to process your request and will contact you immediately as soon as we receive an update.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work toward a resolution.
