Hi - Does anyone have any idea why Passto services are suspended? They are not contactable and went ghost suddenly

They take month of Sundays to refund
Their relations with Cebuana rubbish
In meantime my kids starving
Frustrated beyond belief
Think twice before using Pass To
Pass To talk is cheap action speaks volumes
I have no confidence in using Pass To far far to financially risky

I have used PassTo three times eachâŠ
I have used PassTo three times each time there has been a problem. The website is non-intuitive, in-places it doesn't work properly and the claim that money can be transferred in minutes is a downright lie. On the plus side someone does actually answer the 'phone when you 'phone to complain.

I had done Remittance through PassToâŠ
I had done Remittance through PassTo aap on 19th November. Usually money reaches destination account instantly. However, on this occasion it has still not reached. PassTo aap says, in progress. I contacted PassTo customer service and I got reply saying Remittance is done on their end. Very frustrating. I have asked PassTo to investigate.
I got an update, money reached.
