Just a company scamming the users/ creators

Just a company scamming the users and the creators. I can't use my card due to an error and they haven't responded still. they don't respond to customers at all. Lord knows where your money is actually going, apparently the creators don't get paid either. I subscribed to one of my favorite creators, yet he is on stream saying Passes steals money and he hasn't received any of our tips or subscriptions! All around, just a terrible, terrible experience for pretty much every user involved.

Its fake. the creators don't run their accounts, you're talking to AI and employees trying to hustle you into spending money on overpriced photos. passes terms makes it clear this is allowed and encouraged. its a total scam

Non liable in case of scam

Creator was misleading on their offering I tried to ask for a refund and both Passes and the creator pointed at each other with none of them assuming responsibility, so be careful they make themselves non liable for whatever scam takes place on their site.

Don't walk away from this company – RUN!

I took out subscriptions to Passes for Makenzie Raine and Olivia Rothfeld – which cost me over 90 USD. Both influencers were promoted as tennis players, but it soon became obvious that I'd been duped since the pair of them refused to talk about tennis at all (irrespective of the fact that I informed them that I wasn't interested in their photos and just wanted to chat about tennis).

The scamming involves charging up to $100 to view bikini photos of themselves that are available FOR FREE on Instagram or Reddit.

No actual chatting or messaging about tennis (or any other subject) ever took place – it's all about selling obscenely overpriced photos.

Naturally, Passes help never bothered replying to my complaint. In fact they restricted my access on the Passes website after I complained. However, I appealed to my bank and was able to receive a full refund.

Just like Pornhub, the Passes website needs to be banned and taken down.

No reply on my e-mails from Support

After reading some of Passes Support’s replies here, they say they try to answer within 24 hours. They answer to creators within an hours apparantly.

I have been trying for days but haven’t gotten anything back. My card keeps getting declined because it is a ‘high risk usage’ card?? I never had problems with my card on any other website. Support just doesn’t reply to my e-mails after the AI bot told me to contact them… I’m very disappointed since I just want to subscribe to a creator.

Very exploitative.

For creators, this might be a great system, but for fans, it’s a nightmare. Sending a single message costs fans money, yet you’d expect the creator to at least respond personally. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Replies often come from AI or outsourced employees. You can test it yourself—ask a specific question only the creator would know, and you’ll receive a generic response, usually nudging you to spend more on unlocking content. It’s shameless, but business is business, and we’re the ones paying the price.

As for Passes Support, dealing with them is like shouting into a void. If they respond at all, expect to wait at least two weeks.

Having a platform like this is one thing, but seeing your favorite creator willingly participate is truly disappointing. It feels like a betrayal, turning what should be a genuine connection into nothing more than a cash grab.

Empowering creators with values 🙌🏻

Passes has been an amazing way for me to earn money and support myself as a creator. I love how the platform is designed to value creativity while maintaining clear boundaries—especially the rule that prohibits nudity. This has been a big plus for me as someone living in Palestine, where cultural and societal expectations play a significant role in my work. The platform is easy to use, and I appreciate how it provides a safe and respectful environment for creators to share content and connect with their audience. I’ve been able to grow my income while staying true to my values, which is something I couldn’t find elsewhere.

Creator on Passes Here!

Being a creator on Passes has been great! I have had a great experience with the platform and I think its the best platform for exclusive sfw content. The user experience I feel is best when compared to other platforms I considered joining. The site is nice, clean and easy to use. I do appreciate the copyrighted protection Passes offers their creators. From a creator's perspective, I feel if you aren't happy with the content, its similar to when you rent/buy a media and the quality isn't up to your expectations. I wouldn't put that accountability on the site itself but on how the creator set up their account to be ran. At the end of the day Passes is a SFW exclusive content site and feeling entitled to more when that is literally not what the site is about, seems like that it is more of a misinterpretation from the user's part than the site or the creator. In conclusion, I encourage users to find creators that meet their expectations while also taking into account that Passes is a sfw exclusive content site.

Totally worth it

Totally worth it! Signed up for one of my favorite creators and was great. I hadnt seen any of the content before, and the live sessions are awesome—they actually answered a bunch of our questions. Love the behind-the-scenes posts and messages too; For the subscription price, I was happy

Onlyfans without integrity or the good stuff

You're not talking with the creator. The responses are a mixture of service agents and AI. The creator sends content to the platform and gets paid a commission on sales + hefty signing bonuses due to their latest VC round.

At best it's an automated parasocial relationship that preys on the lonely. A sort of Disneyfied Onlyfans experience.

Given their generic response, I thought I would add a key note from their terms & conditions:
Creators may use third party companies, agencies or individuals to manage their account for them (including but not limited to the posting of content and answering of messages sent to the account), meaning that when interacting with a Creator you may be interacting with a third party company, agency or individual. Passes is not responsible for your interaction with, or the management of, a Creator account, nor is Passes responsible for ensuring your interactions are with the Creator themselves.

Bad experience but helpful support

I purchased a Silver Pass for a creator I like, expecting access to exclusive content as advertised.

Unfortunately, the content was mediocre at best and not worth the price. I found better content for free on Instagram. The so-called "high resolution" content was heavily watermarked—definitely not what I wanted to see in high quality.

The Silver Pass also promised 50 free messages per month, but the only responses I received were from an automated bot.

I hoped that purchasing locked content would lead to something worthwhile, but it was just as disappointing as the rest—poor quality and lackluster.

According to their terms of service, I should be eligible for a full refund due to the content not meeting expectations. However, the only responses you get from live chat support are from a.... you guessed it-a bot!

It's been almost a week, and I haven't heard from a human representative.

I’ve deleted my account and will never use this service again. I plan to report them to the BBB and FTC for their unfair business practices. If I don't receive a full refund soon, I will file a chargeback with my bank.

I trusted the creator and now I am no longer even their fan I'm that disgusted by this place.

Update: after speaking to support they decided to refund some of the money I spent on the content that was provably not as described. It is nice to know that they do actually have agents who care and will listen to your complaints and do what they can to make it better. Thank you

been charged for a subscription out of the blue i hadn't even clicked on anything when checking what it was i couldn't find anything no proof of what I was charged for no active subscri[tion for $100 yet on my purchase history it says for a subscription payment but i have no membership for that amount i kept messaging them and they would see my message and continue to ignore it I had a few different people give me different responses none of them actually acknowledging what i said.

They replied that I had an active subscription, I dont I had 2 that was for $20 not for $103 this is what I mean I've sent them multiple messages and get different people responding to them it's a joke not one has given me a a legitimate answer one said a system issue another said send screenshot of everything I showed them the purchase date and then I sent them the screen shot of the active subs still nothing and now I can't even access their Web chat this is a joke of a site and as you can see from other people's experiences I'm not the only one btw passes I did email you and you never hot back to me

Just Another Scam Subscription Site

There's a handful of good creators but 95% of accounts are run by bots or 3rd party chatters in a foreign country.

The green dot is online pretty much 24/7 and they constantly spam you, enticing you buy content.

They keep notes of you, your spending habits, and any personal information you may have shared. They use this info to manipulate you and play on your emotions. They also price things higher for frequent buyers. This should be illegal imo.

There is also no quality control whatsoever. A lot of the content is recycled content from other platforms like Fanfix. Some of the content is even publicly available on Instagram or VSCO for free... they literally do not care, as long as someone is dumb enough to buy it.

Creators will also go out of their way to hide what they're actually selling. They purposely do not include preview pics and use vague descriptions.

Custom content is also a joke, you will pay upwards of $300 for premade pics. And if you're lucky enough to actually get something custom, it will be resold to someone else. There is absolutely no buyer protection whatsoever.

It's only a matter of time before these platforms are hit with a class action lawsuit.

Save your money and stay away!

*UPDATE LATE 2024/EARLY 2025*

I was subscribed to creator who used to sell good content for cheap, they opted to switch to a scam management company that impersonates the creator. I've emailed customer service back and forth to no avail. They don't admit to any malpractice and refuse to refund me. I outlined exactly what my issue was and how it was resolved in the past and Alice from customer support has been ignoring my emails for weeks!

Forgot to mention, I've been getting unsolicited messages from accounts I've never interacted with. And you can't read the messages unless you follow or subscribe... further proof of fake accounts that are baiting engagement.

This company is a true scam

This company is a true scam. I tried to purchase a monthly subscription and they charged me 300 dollars, which is the cost of the yearly. I spent a week trying to get a solid reply on how to get a refund but they told me I never purchased anything. I sent invoices, bank details every bit of proof I had. They ignored it. On top of that they cancelled my subscription and then tried to charge me another $300 TWICE! Fortunately my card was locked so it didn’t go through. When I brought this up to customer service they essentially told me it should matter because it didn’t go through??? What??? Worst experience ever please stay away guys.
