Support ghosting

Good customer support, app could be faster

accidentally bought the wrong subscription tier, thought I was going to be stuck but shoutout to customer support!! They helped me out so quickly and got me on the right tier. Everything has been great, I do wish the app was a little faster with loading but that’s rly the only issue I’ve had in 2 months of using Passes

Biggest scam

I started following an influencer I’d been following for a while, and even though the subscription descriptions are inaccurate or misleading, customer support defends them... Most of the time, there’s no way to contact the creator directly without having to pay again...
I strongly advise against it not only is customer support slow and lacks understanding, but the AI-generated response templates are blatantly obvious...
0/10 never again

Really fun experience and the features are cool

Solid experience so far!! I found out about Passes when 2 creators I follow on TikTok switched over from another platform and I’ve been really happy with all the different stuff they have on passes. I was able to buy her merch and get custom video, it was really fun. kinda like Cameo. The subscription tiers are cool too. Haven’t had any issues yet!

Well, I kinda had a feeling with some replies that it wasn’t actually the content creator so I cancelled my renewal… and got an odd message but went hey, I’ll reactivate it… and then I got the same message I had gotten a week ago about my profile picture that automatically goes out.

At least OnlyFans is straight up about what they do, this site helps creators scam people by having auto messages go out.

I don’t care how reputable the creator you want to talk to is, Passes will help them scam you out and you are shit out of luck with ever seeing your money again

Edit: I am not emailing you guys, you already shut me down when I escalated. I have worked out issues with the creator in absolute no thanks to you. Once I no longer require I am gonna dump this crap service

Be careful with credit cards

I don't know what the problem is. But when I try to take out a subscription from Switzerland, I always get error messages saying that my card details are incorrect. Even though everything is correct. The icing on the cake is that Passes still tries to make a debit and in the
end the card is blocked by the bank.

Its a scam!
The locked images are the same images you find on their other social media almost always. I have been bombarded with messages asking me to buy a photo supposedly from the creator even when I know they aren't online. So basically you are texting with an ai for which you pay 3$ per text? What a joke.

Deception & scams

This website is onlyfans lite. Same fake experience where a "creator" lies to you telling you to go talk to them on there but the only people you talk is to is from their agency. These wonderful agency literally develop ways to scam you and deceive you. I have had multiple bad experience with this creator sashaemiri, I've had proof multiple times that they do not operate their account. The latest scam coming from them, they charge 100$ for a video that is way longer than their usual content, hyping it up as such, and then you unlock it and its a short video played in a loop about 10 times...I would've never bought that if I had known the real lenght.

Jenna Berman is a terrible creator

Jenna Berman is a terrible creator for passes. Her content is overpriced, misleading and all she does is delete comments (these are questions in her comments nothing mean). Pretty bad representative for the Passes brand.

Passes is definitely the move

I downloaded passes when it first launched & it was still in beta so there were some complications with support that got me a little frustrated, but as they progressed and grew their company, their customer service became incredibly fast and reliable. Sarah specifically was an absolute angel throughout the whole process and assisted me in resolving any issues I was experiencing. Overall, the app is fairly easy to use and straight to the point and has helped me grow connections with my followers! I would recommend Passes to any small (or bigger) creators that are looking for a more personal connection with their supporters.

Creator offers a subscription which "unlocks all wall content".

After subscription, it turns out only 10% is unlocked. Its a scam.

Passes sides with creator and hides behind chatgpt generated TOS excuses.

They steal your money with a bait and switch offer

Signed up for a subscription because they were offering a 93% discount. Instead they charged me for a full year at full price. $13 vs. $460. My credit card company says that I can't file a dispute because I need an invoice that shows the discounted price. All I have is a confirmation email that shows that I was supposed to get a 93% discount, but only calculated an 8% discount, and then not even that 8% discount was applied to my total. Run from this site. They are theives who will charge you for a full years subscription at full price without telling you that's what you are buying.

Passes will probably try to come up…

Passes will probably try to come up with some fabricated excuse, but there’s absolutely no valid reason to suspend a creator who violated no rules. I saw the receipts, the correspondence, and everything about the business partnership between these two creators is completely legitimate. Because of this suspension, my membership was abruptly halted and I received no refund. I wish I could upload the screenshot here. According to their own terms of service, Passes is supposed to refund unused membership credits. Stay away from this platform.

They lock creators out of their accounts without any reason and withhold their earnings. I recommend searching Google for the pending lawsuits against Passes. Avoid them at all costs, they’re going down.

Seems pretty suss site

Seems pretty suss site, i joined to follow a streamer, 3 hrs after i joined, i got a message apparently from them, ( kinda difficult as they were live at the time and not able to text , so it wasn't from them ), asking for a chat , messaging and everything else costs real cash , blatant fake messaging from either ai's or staff, preying on genuine fans goodwill and gullibility, unless you have money to burn steer clear.

Beware! They are only interstellar don money and service fees!

The creator o followed - Paige Spiranac- was sent a final direct mail as part of my monthly/annual plan allocation - respectfully saying thank you for your content over the year I paid for and could not even acknowledge it was it "thanks good bye". If you are not paying they are not interested!. Just think!!! Before getting Involved beware!!

Jenna Berman's content is absurd

Jenna Berman's content is absurd. Her content on free platforms is better and free. She writes misleading captions, charges absurd prices and I know she has used ghost writers to chat with users on her behalf. Tried to get a refund on one of her purchased messages and support pretty much said take it up with the bank who couldn't do anything.

Responding to the comment: I did go through your help system and support before this comment and no resolution was reached except to reach out to my bank. You wouldn't issue any type of refund or credit. Also I confirmed Jenna still uses ghost writers to respond on her behalf.
