This company is a fraudulent nightmare. I take back my previous semi-positive review, which i only copied and pasted at the request of someone from the supposed "Escalation" department of "partybunk.com", who replied to my complaints and agreed to grant my refund IF I leave a review saying they gave me a refund AND requesting that I give them at least 4 stars. They do respond to threats to report them to BBB for their scam operation (which it is) and unauthorized charges to your account. My threats were not empty. I will follow through now and do whatever I can to put them on blast. They never gave me my refund AND I've just been notified that they've charged me yet again for a "downgraded" membership. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM OPERATION! ZERO STARS!

Update, they never refunded my money like they said they would, they are scammers !!! I never even received a product from them, very disappointed Emerald !!!! Shame on you all !! He asked me to post a good review, which I did, and he never refunded my money !!! Do not trust them !

Emerald was helpful in resolving my issues. However, the experience of using partybunk.com was very frustrating. There was a facebook ad for food storage containers that I ordered from. Then after I thought I had ordered them, partybunk.com charged me for the order dollar amount plus another $16 for "membership". I messaged partybunk.com to check the status of my order of the containers and they stated that they did not have an order for the items. That was when I found out the charges were actually "memberships" and not actual order. Their ads are very misleading.

This company is nothing but a scam and a fraud don’t do business or you will get scammed and then be sorry PARTY BUNK is a fraud

Company made an unauthorized charge on my card. I've sent 2 emails and no response. Will take legal action if not resolved soon.
