Scam… here’s why
The company falsely advertised a Ninja slushie machine and had me purchase its for $9.99 to complete a survey. THEN, when I called I magically had a credit for the same amount to purchase through them. I was advised they would not refund me but then a email magically appeared to try to assist. They are a SCAM FOR SURE !!!!!

BIGGEST SCAM EVER
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!! I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my refund, and instead i got $ 2500 of fraud charges on my card. Worst customer service ever, no follow through. Emerald, who wanted me to write a fake review so i can get my refund, never followed through. Talked to the company, messaged and emailed. Nothing!!

Delema NOT resolved.
I followed an ad to the site, and discovered it wasn't what I thought I was getting into. The escalation team was willing to make an exception and resolved my situation, if I made a review that said they cleared my issue. I agreed to leave the review, after the refund was made. after a week I did as they asked, but still didn't refund the charges. So I am updateing this review to reflect current status. I am reporting it to my bank instead.
