Possible scam.. cheap product
One I don't even know how I got to the website. I was on Facebook trying to buy something and somehow ended up with a membership to this website. Now whether that is the website fault or Facebook I don't know but there is some kind of scam somewhere. I reach out to complain and the customer service cancelled my membership without me asking. Once I realized I was bamboozled and after going back and forth with customer service I decided to cut my losses and just get something of the website for the 10$ I paid. Everything listed on the website looks like crab cheap product. But I bought some little decoration only to find out i lost the membership discount because they cancelled my membership and I have to pay import fees. I asked multiple time for them to refund me but they wouldn't so I hope getting this review was worth it to the company.

I really can’t believe I wasted my time…
I really can’t believe I wasted my time with this company. I never heard of them, never ordered anything from them and definitely never opened an account with them. I clicked on a link on facebook which deep down I knew I shouldn’t have. I was to get a boneless couch and only pay the shipping which was $9.99. Of course it was a scam, but later on I got a charge on my card from partybunk.com for $9.99. Needless to say, I didn’t receive a couch. I reached out to partybunk and when I tell you guys I got the run around, it was crazy. I am going to post these emails between them and myself, it was as if I was being gas lit. How good is this company if they can’t return $9.99 to someone. It’s like they need all they can get. I’m really upset because I was scammed and seems there nothing I can do about it. They asked name to remove the initial review I had and I would get a refund in 5-7 business days. After I removed the review, they’re telling me I could only get credits. If that isn’t gaslighting I don’t know what is. What am I going to use credits for if I don’t do parties, or buy anything for parties? If I could give zero stars, I would.

Not so bad after all
I was not satisfied with my experience, but I have given them a 5 star rating. I am not saying don't buy their product. The 5 stars are for their customer service. I have been issued a total refund and an apology without having to ask for one. How could I be upset about that! I will definitely be trying them again soon!!
