This site is a scam
I really don’t have an experience to rate. I was outright scammed. I clinked a fraudulent link on facebook saying I could get a discount on SHEIN and there was two charges posted to my account from partybunk.com and fiestakeeper.com. When I talked to them to tell them I never made a purchase or subscription or even heard of them. They offered no refund. Only for me to use the credits that I never purchased and that they will cancel the subscription I never made. The sites are also similar. Every time I click something it takes me back to the customer service chat. I’ll just cancel my card and get a new one.

Scam scam scam! Don’t do it, people. I had an offer through Facebook for a pair of Apple Headphones for $9.99 then few days later charged my account $7.08. Can’t get a single person on the line and when I looked up the address and showed a loan company.
Deactivated my card immediately before they keep taking.

Unauthorized charges
I have never heard of this company before today when I noticed a charge that did not authorize. The customer service team responded quickly to my email inquiring about the charges and redirected the payment with ease.

Was appreciative of the escalation team and Imani for refunding the money for something I never purchased. I thought I was purchasing something else that turned out to be a Partybunk.com membership. Was not happy about that but glad to have received my refund.
