Stumbled on this website, thankfully.
Was late a night and sent a question about a wet end of a pump and got WhatsApp back straight away guiding.

Ordered, deliver in a day or so and worked a treat.

My now go to place.

Andy was very patient with me and helped me diagnose the issues. My hot tub is 19 years old and is running smoothly like it was new.
The service is excellent and his knowledge is greater than that available in the manual.

Andy is a rare find. Genuinely helpful guy who freely gave me advice without any guarantee of a sale.

When my coast spa licenced control board (pcb) burned out, Andy helped determine a suitable non-coast specific, generic Balboa pcb to replace it.

Not only was this pcb less than half the price of anything I'd found from coast, it was the latest version, so a revised layout (presumably because the old version had issues with overheating relays).

Andy sent me all of the technical information needed to set up the new pcb, and even took the trouble to review my understanding of how I needed to configue it when it arrived. Confirming I'd understood the technical manual correctly.

Absolutely stellar customer service.

Before the configuration of a hot tub was a complete mystery to me but thanks to Andy no more.
I'm confident I can tackle any of my own hot tub repairs from now on.

I contacted Andi after I had a problem with my old hottub. The motherboard had blown (was 20+ years old), Andi recommended the Balboa GS510DZ with the AMP plugs and pins, which I had to contact Andi about and he responded and helped wothout hesitation. I fitted it all tonight took me about 1.5hours and it is working again. I will definitely be using you again.

Came across Parts4Tubs via a google search part number. Very competitive price, saw there was a WhatsApp button on there and got a super quick response from Andi. Really helpful advise, put my mind at ease that the part was compatible with my tub. He confirmed I would get the part next day (I did) so I was able to fit it the day after.

Very disappointed with the after service from this company, although they were quick to diagnose the issue and sell an expensive part, it turned out to be incorrect advice, they use a call answering service that have no knowledge who transcribe the call to Andy on e-mail who then ignores the e-mails. I have now fitted a part that can’t be returned and are £450 out of pocket. Please be cautious before parting with significant amounts of money with this company as once they have your money they no longer care.
