Easy to navigate website, part delivered on time and works perfect. Could not ask for anything else.

Waste of time I ordered a shelf for my cooker and I made sure it was for my model. When it came it was too big and wouldn't fit so I rang parts and the lady was really rude saying it's the right part and are you sure you are putting it in the right way. So I asked to speak to someone else so she gave me the email to parts admin who asked me on numerous occasions to send pictures of the wrong part and the model number. I have done this for 2 weeks now I must of sent the same photos dozens of times they keep asking the same questions it got to the point where I wanted to invite them around my house to see if they can fit the shelf in themselves because they were so adamant they they were right and I was wrong. Poor customer service and I bet when they realise they made a mistake they will still try to charge me to send the wrong part back....we will see

Doesn't fit dryer door. Part too big. Waste of money. Cost more than the dryer itself second hand.

I received the wrong part due to an error on Indesit's website. After a tedious Whatsapp exchange where they took over 24 hours to reply to each message I returned it for a refund. I asked for a refund of the return postage and they said I couldn't have it, despite it being their mistake. Over a week after they received the part back I still have not had a refund of the £18 I paid or the £5.30 return postage.
Update: got through on the phone quite quickly and explained the issue. Was told I should get a refund in 3-5 days but couldn't refund my return postage without escalating it. I think I'll be very lucky to get it. Meanwhile, I have ordered what I think is the right part by selecting the WRONG part on the diagram!

I spent a lot of time on phone to get a fluff vent for my tumbledryer this is the second wrong part that been sent I said to the lady on 5he phone 4 times to make sure she would send the Wright part as she kept on going on a bout a metal one I said no but I dont think she was interested so again it will cost me more money to send this back not happy at all

I needed a replacement oven door seal. Finding the right size was easy - just had to input the model number of my oven and I was automatically taken to the correct part. The new seal arrived very quickly and it was extremely easy to fit. Very happy.

Ordering the spare part was easy and the acknowledgement and delivery were excellent.

Very inefficient delivery commitment and never gives updates on reasons why delivery was delayed. Frustrating.

Your part does not fit our fridge although ur website says it do . Even putting in model number .

Needed a new door seal for our bottom oven as ours was split - perfect replacement, easy to fit - oven now cooks quicker as we were losing a bit of heat!

Web site was easy to navigate and found item needed although somewhat expensive for a small plastic handle (£54.00) that was a replacement for the unforeseen broken one. Delivery was completed on time as advertised. My only criticism is that because Indesit know to purchase a whole new machine would be rather more costly they use this as a justification to sell parts that cost Pennie’s to make on a mass scale and seems a tad immoral and money grabbing and they know they have you between a rock and a hard place and leave you no choice as there is no other competition for these parts.

I was very impressed with the next day delivery but not impressed for not being told the item had been despatched and by which carrier, so could not track item
