Partridge Mortgage Services Omdömen

The work was done quickly and efficiently. As first-time buyers, we appreciated that everything was explained to us in detail. We would like to express our gratitude to Ashlee and David for their assistance.

This is our first time to buy a house. We are fortunate that PMS is our advisor. Isabelle Kelly exceeds our expectations. She is always there for us in every steps of the way to have our new first home. They are very transparent and look after you with care. I highly recommend this advisor to anyone looking for one.

Thank you very much for all your help.

Philip/Josephine

Considering this was our first advisor we reached out to for support in a first time mortgage, PMS were excellent with regular contact and communication.
I would recommend to anyone who requires and advisor with no hidden agenda and looking out for the best deal for you

I am incredibly grateful to Ashlee Davis and David Smithson for their exceptional service in helping me secure my mortgage offer. From the moment we submitted the application until the offer was finalized, they kept me informed at every stage. Their professionalism, dedication, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Ashlee and David to anyone in need of mortgage advice and support. Thank you both for your outstanding assistance!

Thank you to Ashlee Davis who provided a very efficient service and kept us informed,
from submission of our application to receipt of the offer.

The Partridge Mortgage team made the entire process of finding a mortgage completely stress-free. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and went above and beyond to assist us. Initially, my partner and I were doubtful that we would be able to borrow the amount needed for our desired home, but they made it happen. We are grateful for their support and expertise.

Thank you

Great service from Ashlee, always keeping us informed and answering queries quickly and efficiently. An all round pleasant experience from the company as a whole. Would definitely recommend!

I have had the best experience and support from Partridge mortgage. They were very patient and as English is not my first language when I felt I was misunderstood, they did not hesitate to contact me when I requested a call to clarify.

We had great experience with Partridge Mortgage. David S. was very helpful he explained all our options and their features in great details. Being now to this we had lots of questions, David happily answered them. Also helped us to choose buildings insurance and introduced other optional mortgage protection products. In all the process since beginning everything was clearly communicated and got responses to almost emails within an hour.

The meeting with Scott was very good to take us through the process to apply for a mortgage. Applying for a mortgage was straightforward with clear explanations when required. I would thoroughly recommend Partridge Mortgage Services.

Me and my partner reached out to Partridge as first time buyers with lots of questions on the house-buying process! The entire initiative was so swift and we are extremely impressed by the professionalism carried out. We were in touch with Ed and Scott who reassured us and was able to explain every decision logically. Would highly recommend to anyone buying a house not only first-time buyers!

Partridge's was recommended to us by the developer we are looking to buy a new build from.
From the initial discussions with Julian, onto to the mortgage application with Scott, the whole process has been clearly explained and the team have always been contactable and updated us as we go along - I can't say a mortgage application is my favourite thing to do, but Partridge's certainly took some of that stress away. Thanks all and fingers crossed!

Partridge Mortgage services has once again exceeded our expectations. Ashlee was very friendly to work with and she very quickly got our mortgage offer which we were very pleased with. Along the way, she has kept us updated and informed which was very reassuring.

The customer care service was very good, they made the process smooth and very good. Very reliable too.

Started our process of sorting a shared ownership scheme with Partridges. I cannot emphasize enough how professional, and helpful they were. Special thanks to Chanice, who was very knowledgeable, and explained every process thoroughly.

Went with Partridge on a shared ownership house purchase. Dealt with multiple people through the various stages, was a little stressful at times but overall very happy and they always were supportive and helpful.
Special thanks to Emma, Julia and Ed.
Cheers.
